BusinessRe: Is One Source Of Income Risky? by wise(m): 11:31am On Aug 17, 2011
Guy, One source of income is a BIG RISKS, at least, one must have three source of income and two must not be directly connected to you or run by you alone because if you are the major player in all, what would happen when the major player is injure or body system shutdown and end up in Hospital for a while?,

What does Jonathan plan to do about this?
The high level of illiteracy in the North is astronomical has a lot to do with this, as well as the selfish interest of Rich folks or political elites from the North, how on earth would someone say EDUCATION IS A SIN? They have good examples of wealthy folks in the North that if not for Western Education, they wouldn't have been closed to achieving their full potentials, What are those people doing ? instead they are promoting Islamic schools alone, governors building more of Arabic schools where English language is not a subject"!!!!!!! That is an act of seclusion and how do you expect someone that is secluded to understand others? My greatest fear for Nigeria is not the fear of Boko Haram but the time bomb of unemployment that is ticking and about to explode, So many questions without answer, PRAYER IS OUR NUMBER ONE SECURITY IN THIS NATION, WE SHOULD NOT ALLOWED *THEM* TO BREAK US UP, THEY KNOW WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVED TOGETHER AND IN ONENESS AND THEY ARE AFRAID OF OUR POPULATION.

PoliticsRe: Lagos State Is The Most Matured State In Nigeria by wise(m): 3:46pm On Aug 03, 2011
Of a truth, Lagos is now a matured State because those days of ethnic or tribal violence are long gone.
PoliticsRe: Reuters----80% Lagosians Will Vote Jonathan. How True? by wise(m): 5:53pm On Apr 06, 2011
The figure may not be completely accurate but it is the truth, i did a poll within my locality here in Gidi (Lagos) and confirmed that 7 of 10 people opt for GEJ as President and Fashola as Governor and that is my stand too. Fashola should be given the chance to complete the good works and if not for *Godfatherism* Fashola would have done far far better.

Don't argue blindly, argument should be based on facts.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Leads With 60%,pdp May Lose 4 States by wise(m): 11:46pm On Mar 22, 2011
Poll or no Poll, Jonathan will win, His Popularity is overwhelming, Known by Market Women, Professionals and others. It is a clear fact that Jonathan will win and that is why the PDP is trying to take advantage of his Popularity in Lagos to sway vote for the PDP governorship candidate but it is not working and it won't work because Lagos is working.
PoliticsRe: Another Massive Endorsement For Jonathan by wise(m): 9:16am On Mar 22, 2011
Ok oooo, others are sleeping while the President and Dame Patience are on the Road. Okada riders are many all over Nigeria and if he can identify with them successfully, it means at least 70% of their vote is certain.

News: Dame Patience has visited almost all the Igbo Kinsmen in Lagos(Underground campaign that is bound to bring effective result) .

IT IS TIME TO START MAKING SOUND AND NOT NOISE, HIT THE STREET AND CAMPAIGN FOR WHO YOU BELIEVED IN.   My Vote is for Goodluck, chi ke na(in hausa)

PoliticsRe: Utomi: Jonathan Spends N100m Of Taxpayer Money Daily On Election Campaign by wise(m): 6:50pm On Mar 21, 2011
I told you all of them are corrupt, All of them including Utomi, Please ask him what happened to Peugeot Nigeria when he was part of the Management?  To make the picture clearer, imagine that I was 15yrs Old when ASIWAJU BOLA TINUBU was the Governor of Lagos and i should be 18yrs old by now and this means i would only be able to identified him as an Agent of Change but during his tenure as the Governor of Lagos, we all know that he is not as righteous and clean as he is claiming today.

SO THE REAL TRUTH IS THAT, ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE CORRUPT.   I WISH D YOUTH CAN HAVE THEIR OWN PLATFORM AND BE THE CHANGE WE REALLY WANT, LIKE 2FACE , NOBODY HOLY PASS OOO.

PoliticsRe: Ribadu Is Meeting With Youths-live On Ait/tvc Now by wise(m): 11:50am On Mar 21, 2011
Free of Expression, Freedom to choose and choose rightly, Feel Free to expressed your support but watched out for the smoke screen because there is always something behind the scene. RIBADU is blank except for what he accomplished when he was the EFCC Chairman but you can still vote him because of FOLA ADEOLA because he is indeed impressive and a man of integrity and transparency. ACN said PDP has no internal democracy but they also replicate the same because all i saw was selection rather than election, What happened to Senator Mamora in Lagos? He was chickened out but choose not to fight back because of his respect for the Party.

Take this from me, it is only the YOUTH that can form the Progressives , all this people ain't progressing but retrogressing. Fashola is the best governor and maybe Rotimi Amaechi is also doing a great job, i don't know because i have not been to his State.

Simple questions, There cannot be smoke without fire, Why was their a misunderstanding between Fashola and Tinubu then? ACN held no Primary Election in Lagos, does it mean Fashola emerges unopposed?

Isn't it not funny that Ogun State of Assembly was under locked for some months?

If ACN is that strong and visible as they claimed, Why did Atiku abandon the party for PDP? Get this straight, RIBADU is not very Popular in the north but Buhari (CPC) is very Popular as well as Jonathan. Even in Lagos that is governed by the ACN, Jonathan is Popular.

A person is said to be Popular is he or she is known by the educated and uneducated people.

Truth PDP is not good but ACN is not better but the saddest of all is that those that can bring about the true change are not popular and they don't have the resource to campaign and campaign effectively.

I LOVE NIGERIA, I LOVE LAGOS.

Na waooo, some people are hell bent on criticising at all cost, Well, na tanker driver caused am ooo, It is the same problem that is crippling the effectiveness and impartiality of Journalist that is affecting our Thinking as a whole, It is human to be supportive or supports what or who you feel is right at all cost but we should learn to apply Wisdom. Both the ACN, PDP, and others are buying up the Media and selling rubbish to us. ALL OF DEM NI OOO, SO NA SAME SAME, WE GO ONLY CHOOSE WHICH ONE IS FAIR or WOULD BE FAIR.

DEM NO GO USE MY HEAD OOOO, IN LAGOS, IT IS 100% CERTAIN MY VOTE WOULD BE FOR FASHOLA, BUT AT THE FEDERAL, I AM 70% SURE IT WOULD BE FOR JO JO, Ribadu has no idea but his running mate is the reason why i am still waiting. Whosoever emerges as the President should quickly snapped this man Up and let the job begin, QUOTE ME, RIBADU can never emerged as the President of this Country come April 2011.

Ribadu is a good ANTI CORRUPTION crusader and both of them would do a good job if they emerged because as far as i am concerned, ADEOLA has d Idea but the timing is wrong and that is why YOUTHS are divided and we dey argue over and over again.

I LOVE NIGERIA, DON'T LET THEM USE UR HEAD OOO.
Car TalkRe: Is It Safe To Stick Stickers On Your Car? by wise(m): 10:58am On Mar 21, 2011
Operation:
cute stickers, personally not my thing, but with patience and a bit of practice they can be applied well. Just a bit of a mission sorting out all of those air bubbles you get when your putting them on.

The only problem you might get is because of the sun, especially if its an older car where the paint is starting to fade, Putting the stickers on will protect the paint that they are stuck over, whilst the rest is free to fade, so come a couple of years when the vinyl is starting to look tatty and faded itself, upon removal you will notice that the paint underneath is a slightly different shade to the rest of the car. rather annoying.

The again, its up to you. People have different tastes, which I appreciate. The only thing I don't like is when things are not done correctly. Get the stickers installed properly and it will look half decent at the very least.
U are correct and i like those pictures.

PoliticsRe: Reuters: Nigerian President Snubs Tv Election Debate by wise(m): 10:43am On Mar 21, 2011
GEJ is straight about this and it is very impossible for him to be available for the debate. Simple breakdown, Do you know the number of Homes without DSTV?

Local Market Traders, Ghetto or Slum Dwellers, those living below $100 a month, How can the President reached this people through NN24? That is a Big NO.

GEJ needs a Broadcasting Organisation that is available to all Nigerians via Local TV station.

For Example, in Lagos, Channels TV held a Governorship Debate some weeks ago and STV is planning the same thing, All this is irrelevant, they should have come together as one and have just one Governorship debate that would be televised by all TV Station.

Ribadu has no idea, He has no Road Map for changed but i salute Bola Tinubu, even though he is as corrupt as others, His Choice of FOLA ADEOLA really got me confused on who to Vote for.

Like d Yoruba popular saying, If u don't eat Yam because of Red Oil, U will eat Red Oil because of YAM, Please criticised constructively and don't let dem fool us again, ALL OF DEM ARE THE SAME.

IBTC MUTUAL FUND IS LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO FUND MANAGER AND THEY WILL INVEST THE MONEY IN SPECIFIC SECTOR. THE MUTUAL FUND CAN BE DIVIDED INTO TWO PLACES WHICH ARE EQUITY FUND AND ETHICAL FUND.

THE TWO INVESTMENT ARE VERY LUCRATIVE BUT WHEN YOU INVEST IN ETHICAL FUND, YOU WILL HAVE MORE UNIT AND IF YOU INVEST IN EQUITY FUND, YOU WILL HAVE LESS UNIT DUE TO THE PRICE DIFFERENCE.

EQUITY FUND IS AROUND 9K PER UNIT AND ETHICAL IS VARYING BETWEEN #1.40 AND #1.41. THE PRICE IS NOT STABLE BECAUSE IT CHANGES EVERY DAY. YOU CAN CHECK THE PRICE HISTORY OF THE TWO FUNDS TO DETERMINE WHICH OF THE TWO IS MORE PROFITABLE.

I INVESTED IN ETHICAL FUND BECAUSE OF MY OWN VIEW OF THE TWO FUND.
