RomanceRe: 16 Key Peculiarities Of Dating An Independent Woman by Wizzaro2014(m): 11:11pm On Jul 08, 2018
Nice write up.
EntertainingYou:
Seems like everything’s clear about dating. There are two people who like each other and want to try their luck together. However, the conception of femininity rapidly changes in the modern world. We face an increasing number of strong women today. Their images are cultivated by pop culture, their life circumstances push to accrue power. She loves who she is. When a growing person goes through some difficulties and becomes strong, it is another way of self-realization. She has chosen to be independent and enjoys it now. Thus, you shouldn’t expect she will change her patterns of behavior.

1.Prepare to be a part of her life. Yes, only a part – not the sense of it. Her life is already full: there are career goals to achieve, hobbies to immerse in, her friends and family etc. And, strictly speaking, it is a healthy way of thinking.

2.She will tend to refuse your help. Of course, this doesn’t mean she will never accept it at all. Yet this woman is self-reliant and knows her worth. She might even feel uncomfortable about getting your assistance.

3.Your connection can be very inspiring. Strong people with remarkable accomplishments do give inspiration. Likewise, your girlfriend will seek it in you. In other words, such a woman looks for valuable communication with a man.
4.You will receive a lot of freedom. An independent girl loves to be free so she will likely fall for an independent man. If you are such a man, it is a big plus – you can manage your working tasks or go out with your buddies.

5.She doesn’t want to deal with your jealousy. It is easy to guess that a self-sufficient lady is unready to give up her interests (especially when you pressure on her). By the way, her schedule is often too busy to cheat on you.

6.Yet she still wants to be loved. Her qualities do not make her an alien. Just like any woman, she longs for appreciation, support, advice, and devotion.

7.She needs someone compatible. It’s clear that her relationship with a needy guy won’t last long. Any girl dreams about a partner who would share her life values and views and possess similar traits.

8.She is not afraid of being single. Love is super important in our life but this is not the only treasure we should search for. Besides, there are periods of time when we just want to take a break and focus on some other things.

9.Don’t think she ought to do anything. The mere fact she is your girlfriend doesn’t mean you can put obligations on her against her will. On the other hand, independent people are usually open for discussion. Search for compromises together!

10.She might be (or seem to be) emotionally unavailable. Again, there are many issues outside your relationship that excite or trouble her. Don’t expect her to be overly affectionate even though you definitely know she loves you. Today, young and busy ladies perceive romance differently.

11.She doesn’t like to play stupid games. Like when you take a step forward and two steps back. This may work with dependent girls who don’t know how to entertain themselves. Girls we are talking about in this article are much more determined.
12.Her character is rather peculiar. She may turn out to be stubborn, demanding, bold, aggressive etc. So yeah, this might be scary a little bit. At the same time, these qualities are splendid if people know how to use them right.

13.She is able to take the initiative. Another big perk of dating her is that she can be proactive. Since she doesn’t tend to rely on anyone, she is less afraid of doing deeds. Her self-esteem is adequate enough so even if you think she is a weirdo, this girl won’t really care.

14.She looks for the right person to marry or have a long-term relationship with. Independent girls are usually picky. Keep this in mind and become the bets version of yourself!

15.Her love is pure. You see, a woman if this type can earn money and maintain herself. She is a grown person who is able to manage various problems. If she loves you, it is all because of your rich individuality, not your wealth or social status.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Easy Answers To Tricky Salary Negotiation Questions by Wizzaro2014(m): 6:10pm On Dec 08, 2015
Good to know
Horlaidex:
Question: What salary range are you looking for?

Your Answer: "Let's talk about the job requirements and expectations first, so I can get a sense of what you need." That's a soft answer to a soft way to ask the question.

Question: What did you make at your last job?

Your Answer: "This position is not exactly the same as my last job. So let's discuss what my responsibilities would be here and then determine a fair salary for this job." It's hard to argue with words like "fair" and "responsibilities"—you're earning respect with this one.

Question: What are you expecting to make in terms of salary?

Your Answer: "I am interested in finding a job that is a good fit for me. I'm sure whatever salary you're paying is consistent with the rest of the market." In other words, I respect myself and I want to think I can respect this company.

Question: I need to know what salary you want in order to make you an offer. Can you tell me a range?

Your Answer: "I'd appreciate it if you could make me an offer based on whatever you have budgeted for this position and we can go from there." This is a pretty direct response, so using words like "appreciate" focuses on drawing out the interviewer's better qualities instead of her tougher side.

Question: Why don't you want to give your salary requirements?

Your Answer: "I think you have a good idea of what this position is worth to your company, and that's important information for me to know."

You can see the pattern, right? If you think you sound obnoxious or obstinate by not answering the question, think of how he feels asking the question more than once.

Also, by the time the interviewer has asked two or three times, the interviewer will know that hiring you means having a tough negotiator on his team -- another reason to make you a good salary offer.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: 14 Salary Negotiation Responses That Could Cost You Your Dream Job! by Wizzaro2014(m): 4:00pm On Dec 08, 2015
Thanks very much
tolexy12:
Salary negotiation responses that could cost you your dream job!
#1. "I accept your first offer"
The employer often offers the job and salary simultaneously. Never say yes right away -- even if you like the offer. Try not to end your negotiation process before it even starts.

#2. "I Want X"
Information is the key to any kind of negotiation and a common mistake job-seekers make is telling the employer what you’ll accept. Let the employer make the first offer — this will put you
into the position to see the number they are offering and gives you the opportunity to negotiate it up from there.

#3. "Is That All You Can Offer?"
Such phrase could easily offend the employer and you will lose the chance of landing that job. Even is the salary they're offering is hilarious — try do not show your emotions and negotiate further.

#4. "I Have A Better Offer" or "This Is My Final Offer"
You might have a better offer, but this doesn't mean you can use it to pressure the employer. Whatever you do, don’t threaten to leave
if you don’t get the raise, you also shouldn’t threaten your boss with other job offers, interviews, or recruiter conversations.

#5. "My Answer Is No"
Negotiations are called like that for a reason, while negotiating you should be flexible and make counteroffers if the offer employer
have made doesn't suit you. Answering "no" to an offer is a great way of losing the chance to get any offer.

#6. "I Don't Want To Sound Agressive, But"
This kind of phrases should never be used in the negotiation process, especially if you don't have any facts to base on further.

#7. "I Need"
Don’t focus on your personal needs. You make a much better case to your boss that you’re worth more when you focus on your performance and achievements.

#8. "I Hate To Have To Ask, But..."
There is no easy way to start asking for money, but saying that you "hate it" is just the most terrible way. Nobody hates to ask for more money, so just don't lie that you do.

#9. "I've Heard You Offered X To Jane And I Am A Much Better Worker"
Using gossip as a tool in salary negotiation is simply unprofessional and you can shoot yourself in the foot with such phrase. Also it is rude. Ofcourse you can and even should make a
research on your market value, thought you should do this on the Internet, not in the office.

#10. "I Think/Maybe"
Do not use words that will make you sound unsure. To receive the best offer you need to sound confident.

#11. "Thats The Least I'm Willing To Accept"
If you will tell the lower offer you're willing to accept, make sure to deal with it, because its the highest offer you will receive.

#12. "I'm Sorry"
Apologizing in the salary negotiation means you're unconfident. Value yourself and know exactly what you're worth. When you know exactly what kind of value you will bring to the company, you do not need to say you're sorry because you want more money.

#13. "This Is So Cheap"
Being disrespectful to the employer could simply leave you without a job.

#14. "I Worth So Much More"
If you don't want to look arrogant - if you want to mention your value, try to say it in a way that isn't so obnoxious.

Please read and digest! grin smiley

9 things to know before a phone Interview

Just in case you have a phone interview coming up, I wanted to share with you some very good tips you probably haven't thought of.

Almost all first interviews these days are over the phone.

Employers are doing this to save time, their time.

Anyways, if you've got a phone interview coming up here's 9 quick tips to help get you prepared.

1) Be enthusiastic: Some people find it helps to smile while they talk. Find a quiet place where no one can disturb you or any unwanted noise disturbances. And in a lighter mood you better hope and pray because that isn't the time your BF,GF or anyone should be calling also at that particular time because Interruptions caused by dropped or incoming calls just add stress you don't need.

2) Have a list of questions prepared: Well-thought-out questions show you're really interested in the company and the job. Also, have your resume in front of you. Make sure it's the same version the interviewer has.

3) Never interrupt: Silently count to two or three seconds after the interviewer stops talking before you start.

4) Ask about next steps: At the end of the call, ask how well your qualifications meet the company's needs. This will give you a chance to address minor issues immediately. Then ask when you can meet with them in person.

5) Say thanks: Follow up with an e-mail. While you're at it, briefly remind the interviewer how your skills and achievements can help the company meet its goals.

6) Eat a cough drop before the call: A medicated cough drop, especially one with menthol will be good for your voice. It's a small but helpful thing.

7) Avoid saying "um" or "ah": Try replacing those sounds with a pause, which is a sign of intelligence.

cool Take notes: Jot down topics and questions that seem to be of particular interest to the person interviewing you, so you can touch on these when you send your thank-you.

9) Even if you decide you don't want the job, proceed as if you did: You never know whom you might meet at in-person interviews, and what networking opportunities could result.

To your success...
