GRANDMA Whenever we drive to the village, Grandma had two
things waiting for us upon
arrival:  a sack full of fruits,  and a big pot of thick melon soup.

We called it Grandma’s Stone
Soup because it had everything
in it:  bits of meat, fish, cray fish, onions and some stuffs we don't even know about. etc

Sometimes we even drive to the village just to eat grandma's food.

I have a alsatian, doberman,pitbul, a cat, a small spider and a hatchling snake, the cause of the dogs problem might be that it is reacting to a chemical compound that it might have ingested without knowing something like pesticide, herbicide or any chemical that might be poisonous, one of my ekuke dogs then went and ate the food it remained at night in the morning after I forgot that an insecticide was sprayed around that place at night, he became so sick that I thought it was going to die but it didn't

I totally agree with.  Its sickening to me to see a dog lick some people all over when they hardly can tolerate their fellow human around them.
A colleague of mine thinks his dogs are more important to him than fellow humans. One of his dogs attacked his wife's visitors and he concluded the woman must be diabolical, cos the dog singled her out. They fact is dogs are animals, you cant truly know whats on their mind and I think its mean and selfish using an animal having your affection to terrorise fellow humans.

The fact you don't like pets doesn't mean someone else don't!

When was the last time you cleaned its cage? mean thorough cleaning!

finally, whn was the last time it socialized?

I have a make dog, i deworm him about a year+ and his cage is being cleaned everyday.

Did it get the required vaccinations as a puppy? It could be worms, just crush about 3 tablets of combatrin (or any other good worm expellant) and 2 tablets of vitamin B complex into his milk and make sure he drinks it all even if you have to force-feed him. You can repeat the B complex 2 or 3 times more and see if he gains his appetite back. It worked for our dog after we've spent countless thousands naira at the vet and given up hope. Lets hope its not distemper cos thats another story entirely.
