We know from scripture that alms(money or food given to the poor or needy as charity) do not purge our sins.

Acts 3:1-6. Also read matt 6:1-4.

2 maccabees 12:43.
And making a gathering, he sent twelve thousand drachms of silver to jerusalem for sacrifice to be offered for the sins of the dead. Thinking well and religiously concerning the ressurection.

Can anyone truly accept that money isn't offering for the dead people? Such a superstitious and unbiblical concept has no place in the bible.

note: the greek word for alms in secred scripture is "eleemosyne" as a noun the word eleemosyne means "act of marcy" (atleast you knw that God love a cheerful giver) and dont forgt that the book of tobit was written by a Jaw living in plestine..

Was the term ''everlasting life'' ever used during the old testament? Does that book of luke u quoted shows that the arms u give can make atonement for ur sins? What can make an atonement for sins? Answer this once first? And lest i forget who through sacrifice make an atonement for his sins before the coming of covenant instituted by God during the time of moses?

Is God confined to a particular method when performing miracles.?

If you your method is to keep evading glaring truths then I will only say you just want to criticise and not to seek truth, then you can carry on with your wish.

Now see what Luke 11:41 says
