He started failing it from the point where he struck out 10 and -10,the 10 on top is supposed to equate to -1 when divided by -1 which when put into the equation, will give you 19/10.
And secondly, you cant stricke out numbers that way. They are in brackets in their own different equations i.e an equation in an equation.

We all know that energy generated is not even enough. I mean, the highest MW generated on the national grid is 4,517.6MW which was on the 23rd of December 2012. As at February 2015, generation stood at 3768.2MW. This is far below the present demand forecast of about 12,000MW. How can everyone now enjoy light at the same time?

There is transmission wahala too with the terrible network. Load shedding even at disco level. There are revenue collection losses. .amongst several other problems.

The summary is that the power sector has been in a rot. Its too early to start claiming success/shifting blames. The whole sector needs serious time and lot of revamping.
