We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering documents, parcels, and other items to clients promptly and efficiently, ensuring the safety and condition of items delivered.

Job Responsibilities:

- Timely pickup and delivery of items to assigned locations.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of all items during transit.
- Obtain proper documentation (signatures, delivery notes) upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and fuel usage.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on the motorcycle.
- Comply with all traffic rules and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role.
- Good knowledge of road networks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and time management.
- Ability to communicate in basic English.
- Must be polite and courteous in dealing with clients.

preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
● Strong technical background in software development methodologies, frameworks, and tools, with expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Node, Angular, Ionic, Postgres).
● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
● Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving innovation and driving business growth.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
