The Nigerian police isn't at fault but the whole system as a whole is faulty. In developed countries they have a dedicated emergency line, they have CCTV footage of where vehicle was last seen and a quick patrol unit that can use the information to trace the car speedily. What's more you can sue someone for $100 in small claims court fully paid by tax payers money this has reduced scam/crime rate. I hope naija will get there soon

In September 2018,Anthony joshua's fully customized range rover was stolen in his house in london.till date,the vehicle has not been recovered.it was fitted with the best security anyone can boast of.even with his signature in various places in the interior.

My point...its not peculiar to Toyota or small cars.

It's not the fault of the individual neither the police
So many cctv in london but it happened.

From experience majority of those posting one picture as their advert pix don't inspire confidence...my statement was not to ridicule you but was actually meant for you to put in all the pic...nothing personal. Someone in the past have done that to me. However , I cannot accord same respect to major555...he just came into nairaland 2017....what an elder sit down to see, a young man cannot see even if he climbs the highest mountain. Before you use the word 'scam',u shld be patient and have facts not just jump into conclusion.one picture does not translate to scam.u can call the numbers and ask for more pix.Mr,you have advertised cars that aren't directly in your care.there are many dealers who car owners invite whenever they want to sell a car,so not only you can have a pix of a car up for sale.

When the pix of a car is posted,whoever is interested or knows who is interested can copy and use for marketing purposes.

Because someone joined nairaland in 2017 doesn't mean he deserves no respect,go and respect inspired autos then..

Some people get too defensive over nothing. Nobody is saying the Altima is a bad car, but compared to the DC the Honda is better in terms of reliability and ease of mantenance. Does that mean we are bad mouthing Nissan Altima? Op wants advice and in this case the better car he can choose is the Honda, unless if he is someone that has very good knowledge about cars then no problem going for the Altima. If a car needs special care to function well then automatically it is less reliable than the one that doesn't need any special care. TRUTH

The Nissan Altima is a normal everyday sedan.camshaft and crankshaft sensors diagnosis and replacement is not rocket science.your "truth" might be true bit it is not always the truth.

I knew 2 neighbours that used it and after so much wahala they sold off. In fact 1 of them replaced the engine and the 2nd just abandoned it in a mechanic shop with for sale tag on it and got himself another car last month

Since 1990,there has always been a Nissan in our personal house.from pathfinder maxima,Altima and now another pathfinder, there has been no regrets.

I can't say anything about the Honda accord as I haven't personally owned one,but I would restrain myself from telling the op what some of my neighbors who own the accord have told me about it.
