Jonathan, abiola didn't win NW and NE

Obasanjo only won it in 1999 when he contest with Falae, he lost it in 2003 when he contested with Buhari. Obasanjo and Jonathan needed to win SS and SE to have any chance. It's something Tinubu cannot do.
