Where these governors will pitch their tent is clear for me: I see Makinde supporting Tinubu in the end while Ortom, Ugwuanyi and Ikpeazu will defintiky support Peter Obi.

For wike, he's most likely to support Peter Obi to prove a point but I am not certain about this. I don't see him supporting APC, it's going to be the end of his political career. Wike wants to be a political figure that can be reckoned with in southsouth and southeast, supporting Tinubu will not make any political sense.


In the end, Peter Obi should get 4 of the 5 governors on his side while Tinubu will get 1.

We all know that peter Obi will win in Benue, plateau and Abuja.

I have been closely following politics for a while now and must admit the Peter Obi checks a lot of the the right boxes that could make for a decent leader. I can’t help however the concern I feel when I read about or interact with his supporters. I understand the economic situation in Nigeria is presently devastating, but there are certain matters so many wouldn’t take for granted and ranks high on the list compared to stomach infrastructure. Here are some of the disturbing things I have noticed -
1. Pro dictator regimes e.g Russia - can someone please explain to me like I am a 5 year old why anyone in their right mind would support a country who invaded another sovereign nation and be ok with it.
2. Pro Trump - I don’t understand why folks whose ancestors were taken as slaves would support a racist bigot. Again please explain to me like I am 5 years old.
3. Anti LGBTQ - and please don’t quote the Bible on this argument. Their forefathers practiced this since time immemorial. Long before the white man came with his Bible. Tell me why you would support capital punishment for two consenting adults for loving who they love?
There are so many other disturbing traits about most of Obi’s supporters that I will add as I remember. Please add yours.

I am obedient, I don't support Trump, I am neutral as regards LGBT and yes, I think I support Russia in this war because of the western hegemony.
