How can Atiku get 25% in Enugu, Imo, Ebonyi, Anambra and Abia. How?
Going by your logic, two are APC states, 2 are G-5 governors and the last one is Obi's state.

Lets reason now, Atiku cannot secure 25% for so many reasons from SE. He can't even get 25% in SE either, he can get them from some SS states.

I am going to be very objective with their analysis, I agree totally with thisday that Peter Obi is non-existent in many NW and NE states aside Kaduna and Taraba, even opinion polls by ANAP and nextier gives credence to that, however what I don't agree with in their projected figures in southwest, Northcentral, southeast and southsouth. Their figures, while I don't know how they arrived at it, is totally not inline with the evidence on ground. While, I guess it's why it's mere a prediction other than a real time study and research conducted by ANAP and Nextier

In a Anambra, Abia, Enugu, expect Obi to get nothing less than 80%, Anambra is his home state and they want to make an impression. Abia and Enugu and part of the PDP G-5 states, nobody will be working for Atiku or Tinubu here and the people are all almost obedient.
Peter Obi will get 65% in Imo and ebonyi. Expect Peter Obi to get 75% of southeast.

In Southwest, the poll says Atiku will be second, that's laughable. Go to the streets of Ibadan and Lagos and ask questions. Obi will be second in southwest. Nobody really knows Atiku here.

In southsouth, Obi is getting nothing less than 50% here. Tinubu won't win a single state in southsouth, Atiku will be trailing as second.

In northcentral, Obi will be at par with Atiku, Tinubu will 3rd.

Obi is not nonexistent in Kaduna and Taraba. Know this and know peace.

The governorship in Rivers state is more important to him than National assembly seats so he may be willing to forgo that especially as Tinubu has very long legs at the supreme court to save his blushes since his beloved Mary Odili is no longer there to save him.

If Wike manages to organize potlicians in southsouth and southeast and lead them, Even Tinubu won't be stronger than him.
So why leave that opportunity to become subservient to Tinubu?

I don't see how an alliance with Tinubu will be of any benefit to Wike.
Wike is not a politician that plays second fiddle.
Wike will prefer to form a strong regional force comprising of politicians from southeast and southsouth, instead of playing second fiddle in APC.
On a long run, he will benefit more from the former by making a strong impression at the national level.

If I am Wike, I am never going to join Tinubu. I will rather become a king maker by thriughung my weight behind Obi.

Obi winning Rivers state is not the issue, the issue is making a strong political alliance that can be reckoned with. Obi has the support of the people, he's really not a poltical heavyweight yet, an alliance between Wike and Obi right now and later will confront any poltical setting in Nigeria.
Wike has a lot to gain if he forms alliance with Obi. This gains may not be immediate but on a long run, he will be huge for him
