The mystery of the contents of a purse found in the space between a locker and a wall in an Ohio middle school have been revealed.

The red purse covered in dust was discovered last year by Chas Pyle, a custodian at North Canton Middle School, when he was reattaching the trim between the lockers and the wall. The school district in North Canton, Ohio, posted images of the long-lost purse, trying to find its owner.

After some investigating the school learned it had belonged to former student Patti Rumfola, who lost it in 1957. Rumfola passed away in 2013, but the school was able to connect with her children.

"Patti's five children were together for a family gathering in the fall where they opened the purse to have a glimpse into their mother's life as a teenager at Hoover High School," said the school's post on Facebook.

The contents of the woman's clutch were revealed on social media by the school Thursday, offering a glimpse into the life of an American teenager in the 50's. Like many women, Rumfola carried around a comb and some makeup, including powder and lipstick in the shade of "pastel pink."

The purse also contained her membership cards to the local public library, YMCA and American Junior Red Cross. There also were several black-and-white photos of what appears to be family and friends as well as a dog, one dating back to 1950.

"Patti. Good luck to a swell girl and friend. Bonnie" is inscribed on one of the photos.

She even had a high school football schedule from 1956, showing where she had marked off some the games.

Rumfola's purse also held 26 cents, which became special mementos for her children.

"Each of her five children kept one of the wheat pennies as a token of remembrance of their mom," said the school district.

Rumfola graduated from the school district in 1960 and went on to have a career as a teacher. She married John G. Michele in 1980 and he preceded her in death, according to her obituary.

A man condemned in 2007 for killing and eating 13 people and set to be executed by lethal injection this afternoon was denied his special request for his last meal after he asked for a 16-ounce human meat steak.

44-year old Boris Michaels became known as the “El Paso Cannibal” after being found guilty of killing and entirely devouring at least 13 people between 2002 and 2006.

He was sentenced to death in 2007 after being found guilty of nine counts of first-degree and eight counts of second-degree murder, but as used several legal procedures to delay the moment of his execution.

His death was finally scheduled for 1:00 PM today, and he was offered his choice of last meal, a customary ritual preceding execution.

According to Bill Kellogg, spokesman of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the prisoner’s demands were too unreasonable to be met.


“He asked for a 16-ounce steak from the thighs of a virgin teenage girl with a side of fries. That guy is too sick to even deserve the fries, so he got nothing.”


Mr. Kellogg says that Mr. Michaels was still offered the same meal as other prisoners, fried chicken and rice, but denied it.


“He always made a fuss about cannibalism being a dietary choice, like vegetarianism and veganism. Well, that’s not what neither the law of Texas nor the department’s policy say.”


Mr. Micheals received his lethal injection at 1:13 PM this afternoon and his death was confirmed 11 minutes later.

He is only the second condemned prisoner in the history of the state of Texas to be denied his request for his last meal.

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has penned a grovelling letter to a judge apologizing for his crimes and begging for a 'second chance' as he faces life behind bars.

Officially known as Daniel Hernandez, the 23-year-old who is to be sentenced next Wednesday in New York for drugs and racketeering charges, told Judge Paul Engelmayer that he was 'becoming more and more overwhelmed' as the date approached.

Tekashi, who was charged along with five other 'Nine Trey' gangsters in November 2018, was mocked by the Hip-Hop community for turning 'snitch' and cooperating with prosecutors in a bid to earn himself a lighter sentence.

In the letter obtained by TMZ, Tekashi writes: 'I'm sorry to the victims who were affected by my actions, to my fans who look up to me and were misled, to my family who depends on me and to this courtroom for this mess that I contributed to.

'I'm truly sorry for the harm that I've caused. If given a second chance, I will not let this Court down and I will dedicate a portion of my life to helping others not make the same mistakes that I've made.'

Tekashi was charged with his Nine Trey affiliates last year in an indictment outlining their alleged involvement in drug sales and two shootings in New York City.

Facing a string of charges including racketeering and firearms offenses, the rapper immediately flipped against the others and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors in hopes of earning himself a break at his own sentencing.

He pleaded guilty to nine federal charges including ones related to racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offences and drugs trafficking.

Under the plea deal he testified against two high-ranking members - Anthony 'Harv' Ellison and Aljermiah 'Nuke' Mack - who were both subsequently convicted.

Over three days on the witness stand last month, Tekashi unleashed a cache of damning details about the illegal acts he witnessed during his time with Nine Trey, a violent faction of the infamous Bloods.

He described how he used Nine Trey to increase his street credibility and bolster his career, in exchange for bankrolling the gang's operations through his music earnings.

The rapper was labeled a snitch on social media after reeling off the names of other stars he says were involved in the gang, including Cardi B (who denies any association with the gang) and Jim Jones.

His testimony was so unreserved it prompted many to question how safe he would be on the outside, once whatever prison term he negotiated with the government is complete.

He is set to learn his fate on December 18. He faces up to 47 years in prison but apparently believes the sentence will be reduced to a matter of months, according to a Page Six source.

Tekashi already said he will not accept witness protection and plans to hire a personal security detail to protect him around-the-clock instead.

Whether or not he'll be able to afford private security is a different question.

The rapper's net worth is mysterious. Some say he is worth around $10million and others put his fortune significantly lower at around $1million.

In either case, his no-doubt mountainous legal bills will take a chunk out of whatever money he has, leaving a shrinking pot for round-the-clock protection.

As for who will want to make music with him now or endorse him, the prospects are bleak.

By accusing several fellow rappers of gang involvement during the trial, Tekashi became a pariah in the music industry as many fellow artists described him as a 'hungry' internet star who clung to fame without talent to back it up.

Known almost as much for his tattooed, rainbow-haired look as for his music, Brooklyn-born Tekashi was a social media phenomenon before becoming an ascendant name in hip-hop.

At the height of his popularity he had 15.5 million followers on Instagram. Following the trial, that number had dropped by over one million.

Tekashi's album Day69: Graduation Day was among the top-sellers on iTunes following its February 2018 release.

His biggest songs were the multiplatinum hit 'Fefe,' with Nicki Minaj, which peaked at number three on the pop charts, and 'Stoopid,' featuring the incarcerated rapper Bobby Shmurda.

Carlos Tevez has revealed that he was once gifted a luxury car by Wayne Rooney.

The two strikers were together at Manchester United between 2007 and 2009 and Tevez had an interesting anecdote to share.

"At Manchester United training, players would turn up with a Ferrari or a Lamborghini," he told ESPN.

"Everyone, even the worst player, would have a Ferrari.

"I turned up in the Audi that the club gave you and they all bugged me about it, as if it was a Fiat 600.

A picture of a group of grandsons having a beer with their grandfather has gone viral, but not for reasons you’d typically imagine.

Adam Schemm, who lives in Wisconsin, posted a photo of himself and his brothers beside their grandfather in the hospital.

The tweet was shared with the caption, “My grandfather passed away today. Last night all he wanted to do was to have one last beer with his sons.”

The picture shows Schemm’s grandfather on his hospital bed smiling for the camera while he holds his beer surrounded by his four sons who are also drinking beer with him, granting his last wish.

The bittersweet picture which was shared on November 21, went viral and had more than 31K retweets and was liked over 322K times.

The photo and the memory are extremely touching, to say the least.

A Prisoner on death-Row, Igor Hamilton will be set free after he survived three lethal injections.

The inmates attorney, Edward Morningwood,stated his client had done his time including the lethal injection required by the state.

The lethal injection was supposed to be a quick death, but Igor survived.

It’s just not his time to go argues his attorney. Igor Hamilton hoped the lethal injection would succeed and end his suffering within the prison, but he survived and is excited about his second chance at life.

Hamilton, who was sentenced to death in 1997 for killing his neighbor’s cats, said the needle wasn’t even painful.

While incarcerated he claims to have found God and spoked to him in prayers, God assured him he would survive “Because cats have no soul.” he never really committed a crime.

He is set to be released by the end of the month and awarded $250,000.
