Okay, so after about a month plus of reading and continuous research on Amazon KDP, I eventually published my first book. All thanks to God and to MK8 for this thread. Not only that, he also helped with reviewing my first book cover and title. Boss, I appreciate. Below is my book cover, actually did it myself for $1. PS: I noticed that the subcategories I intended to publish my book wasn't available to me. I was made to choose other subcategories. How do I get Kindle to publish my book under the right subcategory?

As a freelance writer on Fiverr, I can tell you on a good authority that using rewriting software is a complete waste of time and energy. Most buyers, especially Americans can tell the difference between human written content and spun work.

I would suggest you take your time and rewrite the whole book yourself. It's overwhelming, but it's worth the effort at the end. If you cannot rewrite it yourself, get a writer to help you.

I'm a writer, I write and rewrite for foreign buyers, but I outsource my personal rewriting jobs to Nigerians. I had one that I personally coached on writing; now he's a boss on Fiverr, I can't ask him to write for me again as he's always busy. So I found two new people. One has proficiency in writing, the other skilled in rewriting.

The rewriter just completed a 13k words manuscript in less than five days, and honestly, I'm impressed by his work. So I intend to keep him for myself. However, you can contact me to pass the work to him on your behalf.

On the other hand, easy ways to rewrite your document is to read it to yourself and paraphrase it. Changing the sentences by using active and passive phrases, changing some select words to their synonyms, and interchanging words on a list (i.e. friends, man, girl - man, friends, girl).

Amazing work you are doing here, @MK8. I found out about this thread late through @Hamlak, but I've read through page 1-83 because I don't want to miss out on any knowledge; either in the form of answered questions or tips!
You've inspired me to write, knowing I've got the right support system in place. I just finished gathering materials for my book. I'm hoping in a week's time, it'll be ready.
