You're very correct. I believe the term "Digital skills" has seen it demise because the AI perform such taks with ease, better and that has changed everything for real. Profession like programming, tech support, design etc will continue to see a sharp decline due to how efficiently AI can do such jobs while blue collar jobs will see increase in demand for their skills cos AI can't fix cars, do plumbing or replace a roof. I can tell you my friend had applied to over 100 jobs as tech support/account manager and yet to land a single interview. I was listening to Ivy league school in California saying their students in IT degrees are finding it difficult to land a gig due to mass investment of companies in AI. This is an opportunities for smart people to see opportunities and invest in themselves that continue to acquire skills that is going obsolete by the day.

That is half truth. While the process has to goes thru the court, you will be waiting in jail to go thru the process and you will end up voluntarily give up your citizenship. As long as someone's citizenship is not acquired by birth, it can be taken away, mostly for fraud or misdeeds and Trump administration are already turbo charged in finding past misdeeds that will spell trouble for some people. Even US passport does not guarantee reentry now as long as you're not born here. ICE stays at the airport now and when you come to check in, they pull your record and any blemishes send you to secondary inspection and there comes the problem if you're naturalized citizens. They are even detaining citizens for hours, tell them their 4th amendment does not applies at port of entry. Denaturalization process is in full speed at the moment.

The era of professional jobs is long gone. Average Americans can't wait till mid term election to show him how horrible his policies are affecting their lives.

2. Canada is not the biggest player in the region, the OP said Canada is more dependent on American exports than the other way round. The US economy is about $25 trillion while Canada's is at around $2 trillion, so the US economy is roughly 10 to 12 times larger. Most of Canada's exports, about 70-75%, goes to the US, meaning Canada relies a lot on American buyers, but the US, with its many trading partners, doesn't depend on Canada as much and has several other trading partners to turn to, that means Canada will suffer more in a trade war with the US, just as the OP has rightly stated. What Canada might do is to woo other partners, and be less dependent on the US, which will be more expensive logistically speaking.
