thanks for the suggestion. i have tried a couple of tutorials on that site. i have downloaded several stock roms as well; the thing is when flashing these roms using LG flashtool, the process will stop at a certain percentage without completing the process. i will be so happy if you can give me more options. Thanks

Hmmmmm. G2. I loved that phone. It was the first phone I practicalised modding and custom ROMs on. I think using LG flash tool or Odin should be able to help you along with necessary ROMS and tutorialsm from XDA forum

thanks. i have tried the LG flashtool but the flashing process usually stops at a certain percentage until it displays ''there was an error''
i have not tried odin because i am sure is meant for samsung phones. But you can point me in the right direction if there is a special version of odin designed for LG phones. thanks

I have a similar issue with my LG G2 model no.vs980. The phone got bricked after installing twrp recovery, and now the phone is just stuck on FIRMWARE UPDATE MENU. I have tried my best but no luck yet. Please can you help me out?

Hi guys,
I use a verizon branded samsung s6, the issue is I think Verizon have configured *73 for deactivating call forwarding on their phones, So anytime I try dialling a USSD code starting with *73, It automatically pops up the call forwarding deactivation box.
What this means for me is that I cant use the GTBank *737# services on my phone.
Please is anyone else experiencing this.. and how do I get around this? I would appreciate comments and suggestions please. Thanks

Try this little trick by going to your contact then try to add the code to your phone book and then edit it to input the amount of airtime or number you want to credit and then press the call key to initiate the action

Please I need help on how to revive my LG G2 Verizon (vs980) back to life. I tried to install TWRP recovery by downloading Autorec.apk, after installing the app, I was prompted to boot into recovery by the Autorec app which I did. While in the recovery, I did a backup of my OS and there after I selected reboot system; after displaying the LG logo, the phone went into black screen with the notification light blinking different colours. After searching online for solutions, I came across LG flashtool method I tried using it to install the KDZ firmware but the upgrade process always stopped at certain percentage such as 2%,15%, or 49%. Right now I can't even get into recovery mode, I can only get into Download mode(Firmware update mode). Please can the phone be flashed by a technician so it can get back to life? Urgent help please. Thanks

How am I even sure the statement above was made by those suspects. The statement to me appears to be a sort of imaginative write up just to incriminate them. That statement was not made by those suspects.
I have seen instances where police will arrest an innocent person and within few hours, a doctored statement will appear from nowhere and the innocent person will be paraded along side hardened criminals with weapons in front of them

Is very painful.
The most craziest aspect is that the poor doesn't even have access to enjoy basic needs of life in this part of the world. If that was possible here,at least things would have been easier for the common man.
In most developed countries,things are much easier for the poor because they all have access to basic things and they are a bit comfortable and happy so they don't really feel much pain and intimidation when they see the rich displaying their wealth.
But here, financial dichotomy is almost unbearable by the poor.
