What I didn't really get is if they are for academic or non-academic positions.

A frnd of mine who was called by a p.a to sen. babba Kaita say it's academic. He was giving or to receive it on Monday.

That's not true, APL would be printed at the same time i.e carrying same date. But individuals may collect it at different time.
No individual has collected APL because its at the stage of compiling process.

We need a reliable information on whether they will recruit or not, so that someone can just move on with his life. To be honest, I have already moved on, because what heared was that they doing replacemet little by little (I just heared it from another NPA Hopeful)

Keep calm, I was told by an insider (RS) that they are on compiling process, the give timeline that the replacement, documentation and commencement of work (training of d new staff) should end before ending of February. Collection of APL is d next step after compiling and printing of APL which should be done hopefully within this month.

APL was given out for b. SC cadre at FFS but it was very tight the board had the largest share on most of the b. SC slots, I know of an ACG who got only one but if your connection is strong you can still push although they have started documentation.
