As much as i don't like skimpy sorts of dressings,i still think that is not the real problem.
Now a guy can after going online to stream porn, leave his house with a lustful appetite and prey on other ladies that could possibly be decently dressed..
And i don't even understand why such guys won't patronise brothels and satisfy themselves instead of raping. Like,i mean with as little as #300 one can get a quickie over here, but no,they'll rather force themselves on an innocent girl
The point is clear, the attitude of ladies promote rape. If we reduce focus on physical appearance, boobs and ass flaunting, attention will shift from sex.

Even if one is getting sex for N5, what's the use of it?

Now you see, even the musician are promoting rape. How you may ask. Check the content of their music. No one censors it. Anything is delivered for public consumption. Funny enough even minors have them in their phones.

If we are serious, we can change the society. If we keep padding evil, we will keep getting the result in different ways.

You need to change your mindset. Your indecent dressing is another person normal, your extravagant lifestyle is another person's normal, your too pretty is another person's normal, your indecent hairstyle and tattoos are another person's normal. Learn and encourage self control, this path you are on would lead to only sorrow and pain.

As for your "indecent dressing" and rape, one is a crime the other isn't, one is intended to hurt the other isn't, one instills terror and rage the other doesn’t.
What you call bad becomes bad. You can't say A is a crime and B isn't.

You can not turn evil to good. Indecent dressing, displaying of horse shoe is evil and it is a crime.

truth is some of this people that are victims of rape were not particularly badly dressed in any way as to cause lustful exertions.
If you as an individual can't control your boisterous libido, then there is a big problem
And about those nudes you were talking about, just forget it. People still watch porn.

Rape is rape, say no to rape, don't become a rape apologist
My dear, in a sane society, there are things one shouldn't do. How will someone post nude pictures and turn to the other side to stand against rape?

If you read between line, you will understand that I said something about the weak. That's the minor. Someone may dress like that and trigger a rapist who will carryout his action on a minor.

I totally stand against indecent dressing. Sometimes I ask ladies their intention for putting on such dress and the response will marvel you.

If I have my way, I will pass laws against indecent dressing and make the penalty for rape and indecent dressing equal.

I hate the madness I see daily

I hate rape. No one should rape another. A girl, woman a boy or a man no one deserve to be raped.

The question is, why do ladies prefer to appear nude? Go round the city, you will see naked people walking round. I am 101% sure they do that to seduce a man. Maybe a targeted guy but in most case the wrong guy gets seduced and when he falls, it becomes a rape.

I have seen people dressed that their entire pussy is shown to the public, some their breast will be all out, some wangle their ass to cause commotion. As a people, it is not the best thing to demonise rape without addressing some of the causes. A known cause. On this same Internet, we have seen horse shoes as they call it. Action in a place could trigger reaction in another place. It is a known fact that people take advantage where they have strenght (Child rape)

I move a motion that indecent dressing should be a punishable offence. Those sharing nude pictures should be traced and punished either by fine 500k and above or 3 years imprisonment.

Any one found producing, promoting or sharing any form of sexual content should be punished.

I don't care. The lesson is to treat someone as an entity not a group. By her submissions, I am among the people she is referring to and you are as well but my character may not be close to that neither will yours. That's the danger of judging people as a group.

If one commits crime, address him, punish him for his crime instead of referring it to others who do not have hands in it. It is DANGEROUS to judge that way.

why do we always want to brag or cry marginalized.
we are just behaving like Black Americans who up till today haven't freed themselves from the past while other foreign black people are doing well mingling with the whites.

I only disagree when she belittled our count

but in all she is right, enough of the self praise & wailing. let our actions speak louder for us & let other do the praising
I beg to disagree with you. Which country in the world behaves like we do here in Nigeria? Why call people out because they are from particular region? Why can't you address issues without referring to the region? If I make comment, did I consult Igbos to make that comment? My comment is my choice and my reasoning and not in accordance with my region.

She should be disciplined by all Nigerian and Nigeria should unit as a country.

Stop this attitude of;

IGBO
HAUSA

This title "Doctor, Prof" should be forbidden for Nigerians as they are not qualified to have such. We often wait to copy what the white pass down to us. If they conclude tomorrow that coronavirus came from Nigeria but was undictated, that stands and you will see fools sharing such knowledge as presentation in fora talking like they are educated.

Lazy people often taking advantages of others. NCDC boss, come and stay indoor without food, electricity for a week let's know if you won't advocate for a better way to manage covid 19.

We failed to curtail this from the initial time and can't continue to prevent the spread by placing lockdown. We have to try social distancing and the use of face mask.

Extending the lockdown means that even if in the next 2 weeks we are yet to get to a certain level we extend again. That is total rubbish.

The woman opened her mouth to confess that she was actually borrowing to pay salary, buy you triabalists with your heads buried in the sand are saying it is false, you are actually calling her a lair just because you are tribally obsessed regardless of the truth.

We gave her a job to do, but instead of doing her job, she joined forces with looters to dash our money away and cover her own ass that she won't be accountable for the money, this is how terrible and incompetent she was.

You value tribe more than anything, even more than yourselves and your own well being,
You are only trying to cover up something which is critical. She advised and the governors forum went to court and the court granted their request.

What happened after then wasn't her making as her power was limited by law. You can communicate without name calling or tag but by default, Nigerians throw tantrum as means to subjugate opinion or varied point and force their view on others.

Be matured when next you want to pass information.

Amechi and others were also responsible when she illegally stole $2.3 billion and handed it to Dasuki to share with her and GEJ's cronies like FFK, Fayose and Metuh?

You mean she did not diversify the economy because of Ameachi and others?

Were they also responsible when she looked the other way as tens of thousands of ghost workers collected salaries from her every month?

Were they also responsible when all the revenue-generating agencies refused to remit money into the federation account while okonjo looked the other way?

Were they also responsible when okonjo declared austerity measures even when oil was selling for almost $80/barrel?

Were they also responsible when she was borrowing hundreds of billions to pay workers salary till the very last week she left office?

The woman was not only incompetent because she left a battered and totally dysfunctional economy that she as borrowing money to pay salaries, but she was also a looting and stealing instrument, she supervised and participated in wholesale looting and stealing.

I remember when she illegally diverted the $2.3 billion, she wrote a letter to GEJ that she's not responsible for accountability or how they loot and share the money. Just imagine the woman we put in charge of our money not only handed our money to thieves, she willfully and openly said she's not responsible for our $2.3 billiion she gave to other people to loot. This is what crooks and incompetent people do in 3 world countries like Nigeria because they know they can get away with it, but I bet you, she won't illegally divert IMF or any western country's money and say she's not responsible. This is the kind of disease that's been wrecking Nigeria since day one, useless people like that woman thinking they can do whatever they want and wak away free.

Have you asked yourself what $2.3 billion can do for you today? No, all you see is tribalism, nothing more, nothing about the damage she did while serving you.
All false accusations. If you have evidence, forward same to the efcc.

She is clean.
