6 Essential Ingredients for Fast Thick Hair Growth
Growing healthy and thick hair could be a tedious work, knowing the appropriate ingredients, appropriate measures and correct application. This article is based on 6 essential ingredients for growing healthy hair.
1)Avocado(Pear)
It contains incredible amount of essential nutrients, including vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. As well as being delicious to eat, avocados are used in many health and beauty products including hair conditioners, face creams and bath oils, to name but a few. You can’t ignore avocados, they taste great, they do you good and they can make you look gorgeous too.We want to focus majorly on hair growth

Avocado revitalizes your scalp
The list of benefits of avocado for hair is quite long. As well as being a superb way to treat dry hair, avocados can also be used to treat a dry and itchy scalp. How to use avocado for hair? Massage some mashed up avocado into your scalp and amino acids and proteins will penetrate your scalp and help to heal, nourish and improve the overall condition of your scalp and hair.

Avocado is a wonderful frizzy hair treatment
The natural oils and nutrients of avocado make it a great treatment for damaged and frizzy hair. Mash up half an avocado (or use your blender), add two table spoons of avocado oil and massage it into your hair and scalp. Leave on for around fifteen minutes before shampooing and your unruly hair will be smooth and more controllable. If you have corse, frizzy hair, warm up a couple of drops of avocado oil between your hands and apply to the ends of your hair, it will not only help fight split ends and add shine, but also will change your hair from frizzy to manageable.

Avocado dandruff treatment
Benefits of avocado for hair also include dandruff treatment. The whole of the avocado fruit has its uses, even the seeds. The seeds of the fruit can be made into a powder that has been used for many years in some countries, as a natural dandruff treatment.

Avocado hair mask for shiny hair
Mash one ripe avocado and mix it with one egg yolk, add one tablespoon of coconut oil and massage the mixture into your hair and scalp, leave in for 15-20 minutes, then shampoo and condition. This hair mask will soften brittle and dry hair, will add luster and shine.

2)Aloe Vera
Aloe vera contains something called proteolytic enzymes which repairs dead skin cells on the scalp. It also acts as a great conditioner and leaves your hair all smooth and shiny. It promotes hair growth, prevents itching on the scalp, reduces dandruff and conditions your hair.
Aloe vera has a chemical make up similar to that of keratin and it rejuvenates the hair with its own nutrients, giving it more elasticity and preventing breakage."
3)Onions
4)Castor oil

RomanceShould I End A Perfectly Good Relationship Because The Sex Is Bad? by XfStyle(op): 4:07pm On Jul 27, 2016
We just can't get it right these days.
I'm 25 and have been with my boyfriend, a perfect gentleman, for two years. In the beginning, everything seemed wonderful, and things are still great except for the sex. We just can't get it right these days. Either we have sex and it ends in disaster (over too quickly) or we make no attempts to do it at all. I mean, he tries to make "moves," but I usually reject him because I'm no longer turned on (mainly because I know how fast it will be over). I can count on a few fingers the times I've had an orgasm with him in this two-year relationship! Aside from the sex, we're pretty fabulous together. He wants me to be happy, but I'm starting to feel desperate. We plan to marry next year! —Pleased, but Not Satisfied

FashionTo Anyone Who Thinks They Are Falling Behind In Life!(a Must To Read) by XfStyle(op): 4:51pm On Jul 16, 2016
You don’t need more motivation. You don’t need to be inspired to action. You don’t need to read any more lists and posts about how you’re not doing enough.
We act as if we can read enough articles and enough little Pinterest quotes and suddenly the little switch in our brain will put us into action. But, honestly, here’s the thing that nobody really talks about when it comes to success and motivation and willpower and goals and productivity and all those little buzzwords that have come into popularity: you are as you are until you’re not. You change when you want to change. You put your ideas into action in the timing that is best. That’s just how it happens.

And what I think we all need more than anything is this: permission to be wherever the Bleep we are when we’re there.

You’re not a robot. You can’t just conjure up motivation when you don’t have it. Sometimes you’re going through something. Sometimes life has happened. Life! Remember life? Yeah, it teaches you things and sometimes makes you go the long way around for your biggest lessons.

You don’t get to control everything. You can wake up at 5 a.m. every day until you’re tired and broken, but if the words or the painting or the ideas don’t want to come to fruition, they won’t. You can show up every day to your best intentions, but if it’s not the time, it’s just not the fucking time. You need to give yourself permission to be a human being.

“If it’s not the time, it’s just not the fucking time. You need to give yourself permission to be a human being.”

You don’t need more motivation. You don’t need to be inspired to action. You don’t need to read any more lists and posts about how you’re not doing enough"

Sometimes the novel is not ready to be written because you haven’t met the inspiration for your main character yet. Sometimes you need two more years of life experience before you can make your masterpiece into something that will feel real and true and raw to other people. Sometimes you’re not falling in love because whatever you need to know about yourself is only knowable through solitude. Sometimes you haven’t met your next collaborator. Sometimes your sadness encircles you because, one day, it will be the opus upon which you build your life.

We all know this: Our experience cannot always be manipulated. Yet, we don’t act as though we know this truth. We try so hard to manipulate and control our lives, to make creativity into a game to win, to shortcut success because others say they have, to process emotions and uncertainty as if these are linear journeys.

You don’t get to game the system of your life. You just don’t. You don’t get to control every outcome and aspect as a way to never give in to the uncertainty and unpredictability of something that’s beyond what you understand. It’s the basis of presence: to show up as you are in this moment and let that be enough.

Yet, we don’t act in a way that supports this lifestyle. We fill every minute with productivity tools and read 30-point lists on how to better drive out natural, human impulse. We often forget that we are as we are until we’re not. We are the same until we’re changed. We can move that a bit further by putting into place healthy habits and to show up to our lives in a way that fosters growth, but we can’t game timing.

Timing is the one thing that we often forget to surrender to.

Things are dark until they’re not. Most of our unhappiness stems from the belief that our lives should be different than they are. We believe we have control — and our self-loathing and self-hatred comes from this idea that we should be able to change our circumstances, that we should be richer or hotter or better or happier. While self-responsibility is empowering, it can often lead to this resentment and bitterness that none of us need to be holding within us. We have to put in our best efforts and then give ourselves permission to let whatever happens to happen—and to not feel so directly and vulnerably tied tied to outcomes. Opportunities often don’t show up in the way we think they will.

You don’t need more motivation or inspiration to create the life you want.
You need less shame around the idea that you’re not doing your best. You need to stop listening to people who are in vastly different life circumstances and life stages than you tell you that you’re just not doing or being enough. You need to let timing do what it needs to do. You need to see lessons where you see barriers. You need to understand that what’s right now becomes inspiration later. You need to see that wherever you are now is what becomes your identity later.

“There’s a magic beyond us that works in ways we can’t understand. We can’t game it. We can’t 10-point list it. We can’t control it.”
Sometimes we’re not yet the people we need to be in order to contain the desires we have. Sometimes we have to let ourselves evolve into the place where we can allow what we want to transpire.

Let’s just say that whatever you want, you want it enough. So much so that you’re making yourself miserable in order to achieve it. What about chilling out? Maybe your motivation isn’t the problem, but that you keep pushing a boulder up a mountain that only grows in size the more you push.

There’s a magic beyond us that works in ways we can’t understand. We can’t game it. We can’t 10-point list it. We can’t control it. We have to just let it be, to take a fucking step back for a moment, stop beating ourselves up into oblivion, and to let the cogs turn as they will. One day, this moment will make sense. Trust that.

Give yourself permission to trust that.

CrimeOscar Pistorius Sentenced To Six Years For The Murder Of His Girlfriend by XfStyle(op): 5:25pm On Jul 06, 2016
Oscar Pistorius, the double-amputee Olympian described by a judge as a "fallen hero," was sentenced on Wednesday to six years in a South African prison for the murder of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, in a ruling viewed by some as too lenient.

However, Judge Thokozile Masipa appeared to anticipate criticism of a jail term that fell far short of the normally mandated 15 years for murder under South African law, declaring, "Our courts are courts of law, not courts of public opinion."
Pistorius, who shot Steenkamp through the door of a toilet cubicle in his home in 2013, was asked to stand and face Masipa as she announced his sentence in a wood-paneled courtroom in the South African capital, Pretoria. He was calm after the ruling, embracing his aunt and tearful sister before being led down a courtroom staircase to a holding cell ahead of being taken to prison.

Later, a convoy of police cars with lights flashing and sirens wailing left a side entrance of the courthouse. In the convoy was a van with tinted windows, possibly carrying Pistorius.
The sentencing was the latest act of a three-and-a-half-year legal drama that has often played out on live television and shown the fall from grace of a runner once viewed as an inspiration to many for overcoming his disability. Both of Pistorius' legs were amputated below the knees when he was 11 months old because of a congenital defect.

He made history by running at the 2012 Olympics on his carbon-fiber running blades, and was one of the world's most recognizable athletes.

"He's a fallen hero, he has lost his career and he is ruined financially," said Masipa, who originally convicted Pistorius of manslaughter, a ruling that was overturned by an appeals court that instead convicted him of murder and sent the case back to her for sentencing.

In explaining the sentence, Masipa said there are "substantial and compelling circumstances" to show leniency toward Pistorius because he is a "good candidate for rehabilitation," is unlikely to commit another crime and had shown what appeared to be genuine remorse over Steenkamp's death.

Pistorius, 29, maintained he killed Steenkamp, a 29-year-old model and reality TV star, by mistake, thinking she was an intruder hiding in the bathroom early on Valentine's Day 2013. Prosecutors alleged that he killed her intentionally after the couple argued.

Pistorius will be eligible to apply for parole after three years, according to legal experts. Prosecutors, who had asked that he be sentenced to 15 years in prison, can appeal for a heavier sentence but have yet to comment on whether they will do so.

"The family accepts the judgment," Anneliese Burgess, a spokeswoman for the Pistorius family, said outside the courthouse.

The Steenkamp family did not criticize the sentence. "The family has said it before they wanted he law to run its course. It has done so. No further comment. They will keep a dignified silence," said Dup de Bruyn, Steenkamp family representative.

Legal expert Marius du Toit described the sentence as "lenient but not wrong."

Some people who gathered outside the courthouse were critical.

"The law didn't take its course," said Dukes Masanabo, a South African sports official who had hoped Pistorius would be sentenced to 10 to 12 years, not six.

He said the sentence is too light because Pistorius was sentenced to almost the same sentence—five years—for his earlier manslaughter conviction. He served one year of that sentence before being place under house arrest at his uncle's mansion in Pretoria, and he had some freedom of movement outside the home during certain hours.

The time that Pistorius has already served in prison is not subtracted from his new sentence.

Another South African, Sarah Maete, said she wanted Pistorius to get the full 15 years in prison for murder.

"It's not enough," she said.

In delivering her sentence, Masipa referred to the difficulties she faced in deciding a sentence that "satisfies every relevant interest" in a case that captured the world's attention and led to extremes of opinion over the celebrated athlete. She noted that Pistorius had fired four times—not once—through the closed toilet door and spoke of the devastating effect the crime had on Steenkamp's family.

Ultimately, "mitigating circumstances outweigh the aggravating factors," the judge said.

Steenkamp's parents, Barry and June, were present in the courtroom, which was packed with relatives of both Pistorius and Steenkamp, journalists, and other observers.

Pistorius' defense lawyers had asked for no jail time at all, saying he should be allowed to do charity work with children.

Ulrich Roux, a South African lawyer and commentator who is not involved in the Pistorius case, said it had opened a window for South Africans into how their justice system works, including cross-examination and how a judge reaches a decision.

He said: "It's been a huge learning curve for our society."

RomanceHow To Choose Between The Bad Boy And The Basic Boy by XfStyle(op): 11:30am On Jun 30, 2016
One piece of advice you might have to learn the hard way!!!
I'm torn between two men: Guy No. 1 is honest, open, easy, sweet, stable, and steady as a rock. He can be a bit drab. Guy No. 2 is gregarious and exciting, but he's had a lot of girlfriends and plays the drama king. Common sense should tell me Guy No. 1 is the best choice, but I crave the thrills of Guy No. 2, even though he frustrates and hurts me. I'm 33 and so confused I'm considering moving to a remote tropical island, opening a beachside bar, and giving up men altogether!

Why life could be harder for introvets
.
2. Introverts are easily depressed. Usually because they are often misinterpreted, some times ignored by others (it seems as if they don't exist where they are). Coupled with the fact that they usually don't have someone to share their experiences with, they get depressed easipotential when they finally go out, the opposite sex will gravitate towards the extroverts and again it seems they don't exist
.

Being an introvert is not entirely bad though. There are some things I can still explain but I'll pause here for now
Yes,I get depressed often

Actually muslims do condemn Christians and hold them in disdain, but that is besides the point. smiley
Well ,I think its because we have two major religions in Nigeria, assuming Hinduism and Buddhism are also observed here in Nigeria,it would have taken another turn maybe a peaceful turn. Let's love and tolerate others,at the end of it all,it MIGHT be our behaviour that would save us all and not religion.....#peace

Why are you muslims always on the defensive? Y'all need to chill and stop making Islam seem like a religion of intolerance (which, going by all that is happening all over the world, makes me inclined to believe that it really is)

This also goes out to most of those who quoted me.
Muslims are always defensive because you always attack them with words....if you are confused about what they do,ask them properly without condemning them.....it is uncommon to see Muslims condemning Christianity ,well, everyone should stick to whatever they believe in,stick to your opinion, stick to your belief
