Truth be told, it's not easy securing accommodation offshore especially in this era of scams. My advice, book a cheap Airbnb even if it's a shared apartment. Then, house hustling immediately you landed. Cheers

We are trying to get strong family ties to the country as the agent said since we want to go together we would need that so she asked us to get a company(she said fathers company but that is not functioning again for a long time now) that can write us an employment letter or something like that. I want to ask that is all of this compulsory. If we have a strong sop stating that we would come back to continue his business since he’ wants to put in for MBA course and also he’s the last born taking care of his parents although his siblings are still in Nigeria but other states, we live with his parents

Visa application is a smoot process (u don't need any rental contract). You will get your HAP ID and biometrics referal letter
after submitting your application.

I applied with my family the same time..
I never use agent. The dependent GTE must be deep stating why she/he needs to travel to Australia, what you wanna do there, how is going to benefit your future career and your plan when you return to country .....All backed with evidence.

Since I am the primary applicant, we built a compelling story around father daughter bonding ( bonding pictures and previous flight ticket as evidence) . The psychological effect of parental detachment etc.

I am also a medical doctor...you can DM me if u need futher assistance.

Thanks for information. Qatar Airways will tear my pocket for a family of three.... Yes, I saw KLM partnering Etihad via Abu Dhabi

For flights into Australia coming from Nigeria, your best bet (based on cost & current schedules) is Qatar airways, then Emirates, followed by Etihad. Qatar is usually cheapest of the three.

KLM (if they are actually flying) will probably partner with Etihad on that Abu Dhabi route.

Frankly, just book Qatar yourself via their website - as long as your destination isn't Perth, you should be good.

Stay away from Turkish airline, they are fraud and they will sell tickets that is 100%sure that the flight will be cancelled. If u check that flight it will move to Instanbul then to either singapore or malaysia before proceeding to Australia. The ticket will not fly. Plz get Qatar airways
