Hi please help me. While processing my registration, I initially never wanted paying for mobilization, now it got the point where I needed to change my DOB, and I was asked to "pay for mobilization to proceed" which I later rushed to First bank and paid both for mobilization and WAEC pin i.e 3045 and 300 there. But till now I can't still access the change of DOB. System keeps telling me to pay for mobilzation. please what shoul I do. I can't continue with my reg. just stranded. Please any Idea?

WHOOP! Successfully registered after experiencing a change in my date of birth reading that I am over 30 which deterred me from choosing preferred states and immediately after submission, I was notified on my dashboard and through text message that my exemption letter is being processed.

Hence, I quickly rushed down to first bank to obtained the WAEC PIN and effected the change.

So I had to log out and re-log-in before I was redirected to choose my preferred states in this order: Kano, Akwa-Ibom, Abuja and Oyo.

Lo and behold, I have printed my green card with my call-up number conspicuously written as NYSC/TSU/2016/2869**.

All thanks to:

Note: It is not that you will change or alter your Date of birth but upload what you have on your WAEC result.

which bank did you use?

As regards the first, if the bank already processed your payment it will surely reflect on the portal which will give you room to proceed.

For the second which is DOB, the bank will give you a printed paper containing a pin and details of the payment. The pin you will input on your dashboard, along with the details of the WAEC result (exam type, exam year and exam number) and you will asked to substitute the date of birth on that result.

Am suspecting that my payment at bank has not been processed at nysc

If you paid in the bank, that means the bank ought to give you a transaction ID or code. You'll then input this code in your dashboard. You'll see something like Transaction history
