Crime / Re: Two Fake Police Inspectors Arrested By Police Rapid Response Squad by Xpol: 12:28am On Apr 27 |
Why are they now calling them fake police, to save face or what? These ones are real policemen, that's what some of them do, crime and illegal duty just to make quick cash. When I was in the police I wasn't proud of myself being a policeman in fact it took my neighbours over a year before knowing I was one and that was when I was sent to go and arrest someone who happened to live in my street. I only put on the uniform while on duty. |

Politics / Re: Honour EFCC Invitation While You Have The Chance - Natasha Tells Yahaya Bello by Xpol: 4:52pm On Apr 26 |
SoNature:We have seen worse incriminating evidence against ex governors and they're still walking freely today. Corruption is very hard to fight in Nigeria bcoz the person who's going to fight it too is corrupt. This Bello doesn't just have a matured brain. I don't blame him though coz he became Governor by pure luck, he's not a matured politician and he's a coward, no liver at all. When some people are shouting youths youths up and down I always smile. If old men are stealing billions the youths will steal trillions if they have access to it. When the old generations can't solve our problem and the new generations can't either, is hope not lost for the country? People should not just sit and be expecting to make better exploits when the country gets better, everyone should strife and work hard personally to escape poverty. |

DrYa:I didn't watch the interview, what do you expect as an ex governor and member of the ruling party he sees himself as been above the law. He believes nothing will happen at the end of it all. Imagine the gut, but don't trust EFCC oh it's like the way police will pet you and even smile with you just to make sure you go to the station with him and once you enter station like this π na slap be the next thing. Bello himself na guyman so he no trust wetin EFCC boss dey talk but forget say he can only run but can't hide, he'll soon turn himself in or be arrested but at the end nothing may come out of these gragra drama. |

frog12:Are you sure you read and understood my post? Or you're having problem with comprehension? Can't you see "Invite/Arrest" in my post? It's clear you're actually the dullard here Since you can't comprehend simple sentence what I mean be say π EFCC NEED TO INVITE OR ARREST YOU BEFORE CHARGING YOU TO COURT FOR THOSE CRIMINAL ACTS YOU DEY COMMIT. |
Politics / Re: Bello: Nwoke Friday Chijioke Criticizes EFCC Chairman, Olukoyede by Xpol: 3:11pm On Apr 25 |
danladi02:This is wrong how can you just charge someone for a crime without inviting and interrogating him? A criminal case for that matter. EFCC needs to invite/arrest and interrogate him. The offenses allegedly committed will be showed to him and be sure they really have a case before proceeding to charge him to court. Sometimes the accused will defend or clarify some of or all the accusations and EFCC will realize they don't have a strong case against him/her and decided to drop some of or all the charges. Imagine what a retired judge is saying. I've once been invited by the FBI on a serious allegation, I was able to clarify everything and they discovered I knew nothing about the crime, they apologized and drove me back to my hotel. |

They should all resign and let the man fill the slots with his own loyalists so that it'll be easier for him to govern well. I don't take any side but what is most important here is the development and welfare of the state and that should come first before any other thing. You can't surround yourself with enemies and still governs well. 1 Like |

Another criminals have been released to the society. If anyone from the military, police and other paramilitary is dismissed for a criminal offence expecially stealing or robbery they shouldn't just dismis him or her and release to the society, they should be tried for the crime and jailed. When someone is receiving salary but still committing... What will happen when they're no more having a legit source of income, a trained officer who can handle arms for that matter. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Crime / Re: What It Means When The Court Grants Bail In The Sum Of N20m Or Any Other Amount by Xpol: 11:10pm On Apr 17 |
experience16:go and ask senator Abaribe how he lost the money he used to bail Kanu. To answer your question, I've not stood surety but I've prosecuted cases and I've seen how people were running around looking for money to bail there relatives. Only talk about what you're sure of. Only bail at the police station were supposed to be free with just providing surety but since the system is corrupt it doesn't work. Note: the court in it's jurisdiction may determine how he want the bail to be fulfilled but stop misleading people by saying people don't pay money. If the court ask you to deposit the money don't do it make u dey speak grammar for them ok. 2 Likes |

Some of you are just misleading others. Take for example Nnamdi kanu case, that senator paid 100m or so in cash before Kanu was released. When he jumped bail he was even demanding his money back claiming it was the fg that made him ran away. When a court grants you 20m naira bail you'll pay that money to the bank account before you can be released, sometimes the judge will mention the particular account the money will be paid into in most cases other conditions will be attached to it like your surety must worth a certain amount, have houses in a certain area, be a level 16 or a director in the federal civil servant. So you must fulfill all the conditions before your bail can be perfected 1 Like |
Celebrities / Re: Davido Reacts To Cubana Chief Priest's Arraignment & Bail by Xpol: 3:00pm On Apr 17 |
I don't understand some people's sense oh haha. The offense is a bailable offense na being granted bail doesn't mean the end of the case. Bob risky own na brain problem, for this naija how would you plead guilty for such minor offense? Why would he take such advice in the first place? If na capital offense now I for say they just wan the judge to be lenient... Once you plead guilty the next thing is judgement but the problem be say he's a general nuisance even to the judge that's why he no give am option of fine coz normally he for pity am small for pleading guilty. With his influence and money that case could be dragged till everyone will forget about it. With all the big big charges they slammed that monpha guy abi wetin be the correct spelling self, the case never get head till now. If say na for Naija Dem arrest hushpuppy he for even contest for last election.lol. |

Most of the People blaming universities for graduates who're not fluent in English language are either secondary School dropped out or school cert holders. Do you think the university, polytechnic or college is having an elementary English language curriculum like primary and secondary School? Once you can't speak good English after your secondary School, don't expect miracle in the tertiary... Unless you can learn and relearn on your own or forget it. 1 Like |

BscHolder:Most of the people who rush in thinking it's an easier way to become a degree holder drop out after the first exam. Most of the students that graduated with 2.1 in NOUN(especially 4.0 upward) won't find it difficult to get first class in conventional universities. No sorting No mark upgrading No money/body bribery Etc. The first two years exams is between you and your computer you can't even ask questions from the person next to you. It's like being caged. That school is not for people who don't have time to study. It's for those who can read/study and assimilate, cramming is also needed to pass their e-exams coz you have to write the answers exacting how they appear in the course materials. 2 Likes 2 Shares |
