Many people actually promote masturbation and claim that the energy lost from one fap is equal to about a 100 meter sprint. Do you believe that? I don't!

In my research on myself and other people that masturbate regularly I discovered the following physical and mental changes that masturbation produces:

1. People that start masturbating in their teens will experience adverse physical development, growth stagnation and body changes.

2. Height will be severely limited; they will often have a short stature and will be frail.

3. Because masturbation causes a rapid loss of calcium, it can affect bone marrow and cause mental difficulties.

4. You may become “small-boned” and your bones will have differing degrees of deformity. You will develop a hunched posture and look unattractive.

5. Masturbation seriously effects your intelligence. It doesn't matter how successful you are academically; if you masturbate your grades will eventually become terrible. I have first hand experience with this!

6.You will be ruined because of masturbation; in only a few years it will change you from a top student into a mediocre student. Then you will eventually become the trash and scum of all students.

7. You will become depressed. Life will seem hopeless, troubled and impoverished. The depression will make you stupid, infirm, weak and incompetent and this will be a constant source of frustration for you.

8. You hair will start to fall out. This will cause psychological problems and rob all of your confidence.

9. Your teeth will have serious erosion and decay. This is because masturbation prematurely ages you. Also, masturbation will effect the development of your teeth. That is, teeth are bone and your bones will become deformed and stunted. You may be able to fix your teeth but you will experience ongoing toothache.

10. You will develop an obscene and indecent temperment, no matter how pure and decent you are now. Masturbation makes your mind dirty and nasty and changes your temperment. People will recognize this and be disgusted and avoid you. You won t even be able to give a good first impression, and your relationships will suffer.

11. Your vision will rapidly decline and your eyes will dry out. You will find it difficult to see, especially at night.

12. Masturbation will cause many unexplained eye problems. You will see such things as ghosts and your eyes will dry out because your tear ducts will have problems. These visual symptoms should tell you that your body has started to decline. You may think it is because of computer overuse but masturbation is the culprit!

13. Masturbators somehow find themselves experiencing extremely bad luck. This may seem unintuitive, but it means lost opportunities and lost chances in life

14. Those who masturbate frequently, find very little enjoyment in things and sometimes are framed and bullied.

15. You will find that your nose will often be clogged and you will have chronic rhinitis. Your breathing will become very difficult and this will starve your brain of oxygen. Your body will function very slowly and you will feel more dead than alive.

16. The development of your reproductive organs will be severely hampered and your penis length and diameter will be that of an 8 year old kid. Because your penis is so small you will be afraid of going to public toilets for fear of someone noticing this.

17. You will have chronic prostitis. You will feel more dead than alive because prostitis has many symptoms and is agonizing. Even if you go to the doctor the treatments don't help much.

18. You will experience urine bifurcation. This makes you pee on your clothes and causes embarrassment.

19. Your urinary system will generally decline. Sometimes you will want to pee but the urine wont come out, which feels like torture.

20. Masturbation will destroy your sexuality. It will cause premature ejaculation, impotence, and will have brutal effects on your body.
