@onlytruth this is a brilliant idea that generation upon generation will live to remember if properly implemented. I suggest you compile ths great money making idea nd send it goverment agencies(SE) for possible consideration. I think the private sectors especially those into hotels nd tourism should also take note of this idea, if the government refuses to utilise this great opportunity

It took Niger just three years to build a refinery, while, for the past 12yrs Nigeria have been unable to repair the ones they have. I also watched the news just now on channels tv. Nd i head the govn. say its nt longer biz as usual 4 the contractors, the people of okigwe also thanked the govn. For his work in the state. The govn. Promised them that those whose houses were affected by the construction works would b properly taken care of.
