If your item 2 is anything to go buy then what about the experience of the woman who was frequenting CBN gate and begging ordinary security officials until she was allowed to submit her CV at the HR and was later called for interview and resumed working in CBN? She begged and practically worshipped those gatekeepers before she was given access. Today she be staff of CBN.
4. Still on disagreeing with your item 2. I know of someone who friquently seat at the gate of a prominent Nigerian daily for weeks, his CV was taking and he is currently working at NPHCDA.

The daughter could have gotten the job through someone else and people just assume it’s her father. I’m a victim of such case. I have an uncle who has not been able to secure a solid job since he finished NYSC in 2013(that was even before I entered university). My parents have been trying to help him with a government job but they’ve not been successful. On the other hand, two of my older siblings and I have gotten jobs in less than one year after finishing NYSC. My older ones got through a family friend who specifically requested for their CVs and I got mine through my friend’s father. My unemployed uncle now thinks my parents don’t want to help him, even though my mum always carries him along and explains everything to him. The last straw for him was when I got my own job last year, He stopped coming to our house for about five months. Meanwhile, I’m here hustling for something better. I wonder what he’d do when he hears I have gotten an even better job lol.
So in summary, his uncle’s daughter could have hustled for that job by herself or gotten through her mum but now the dad’s nephew thinks they don’t want to help him.

The uncle even gave him the job, his problem is why did the uncle gave him J-list list agency and gave his biological daughter A-list agency as if the uncle owe him anything. Sense of entitlement. instead of taking the little he got and be grateful to God while you lobby for something higher. A lot’s of people here are looking for just federal government job even if it’s Z-list agency like PCC.

He even said challenges emerged at a point. Who knows maybe he tried leaving above his means. You must start from somewhere when it comes to federal government job sometimes salaries don’t matte. Instead of being patient and thankful. Come to think of it, are others not working and surviving in that same office?

There will be a time at my old age when my chuildren will look after me. You won’t see those nephews anymore..

I’ll be visiting their office within the week to seek more information on this project, duration, payment and future of trainees. I need it not for myself but for my people in the village that has graduated years ago without a job. I’ll drop the report of my findings for you here..

Don’t be surprised he bought the job in million for his daughter and of course he can’t spend such millions for his nephew and his biological daughter stranded. A-list agencies are for sale in Nigeria. Get your millions with good connect and you are done.

Good evening please my cousin sister applied for immigration with Bsc unfortunately wasn't shortlisted but applied for civil defense with O level and was shortlisted for exam and physical screening waiting for appointment letter and she's currently doing Msc with no job should she take the appointment if it comes or not

Let her take it but make sure her BSc and MSc are clearly stated in her CV she will submit during documentation. Once she resumes, She might meet someone who could assist her for upgrade or reapply for BSc position. Let her take it please.. am speaking from someone experience.

You obviously misunderstood me. I said I know two persons who got job through this thread. In other words, I know 2persons that got job through connections they make here in mainland. Through people they met here. I didn’t say I know 2persons that got job through Hussen24. Go and read my post again. For the record, I don’t know Hussen24 neither have I met or chatted him before. I gave the instance to clear your doubts that people can’t get job through random people we met here in nairaland. You sound so bitter and frustrated.

Talking about putting your faith in human. You should know God uses human sometimes randomly to help others. It’s called unmerited favor. I don’t know if you have heard it before. God can’t come down from his thrown to help. He uses people you meet either in church, inside tricycle (Kekenapep) inside cab, bus, mosque, restaurants, bar, hotel, garden..etc. God will just direct your footsteps towards that direction and before you know, it’s done…

My connect is one of the commissioners in FCC and month back he told me that he acquired an appointment for me in FCDA a d the appointment letter is with him but till date he never call me to collect or do anything about it. All he is saying is that they are having issues and crisis in FCC now so I should wait toll after the crisis or issues.
So please my question or worrisome is that do you think this crisis in FCC will affect or cancel my appointment letter??

Your APL is safe. The issue doesn’t affect your chances of resumption. Be a little patient. He will give it to you…

The salary Is less than 140k monthly but they have on the process of salary upgrade. If the upgrade scaled through, it will be an D-list agency because they are currently an G-list agency….it’s G-list because what you see is just salary, salary & more salary without any form of allowances year in, year out not even 13 or month 14 month, no upfront or quarterly allowances except you found yourself in the field work in PH or Delta and you must not be in admin otherwise no field work for you.

A big yes, we’ve met a couple of them. One even claims his name was Tambuwa. He sents account without Tambuwa not in it. Little money was spent on him before it was discovered he is a big scam from Sokoto..He claimed to be a retired soldier.. He leaves in Karu.

Another one from both Adamawa and Kano..He collected money for A-list agency.. When the list finally surfaced and appointments letter was issued, he said it was fake APL..we sent a screenshot of a friend APL to him, he still says it’s a fake letter. We told him our friend has done his documentation and resume at one of the northwestern state office, he still said my friend will be arrested for parading fake APL.

You see this job racketeers, some will collect advance payment from you, assure you with a specific date and still issue you your APL while others will collect payment and still won’t give you your APL.

Some won’t collect a dime till APL is out, all they will do is to send your the photos of your APL then you verify and make payment before seeing the original.

My friend use 4m to invest in online business, he got 2m profit and use both profits and capital to invest in CBN job. He paid all the 6m to his connect. He got his APL and has already resumed in CBN. Another guy deposited 700k for same CBN with different connect. Till today, no APL, no refund.

Just pray God to meet a legitimate connect and also be ready to share risk.

So yes, northerners, southerners scam too.

140k plus for Level 8 step 2. No other remunerations just salary salary and more salaries but their proposal for increment is equivalent to NNPC benefits package. I don’t know who advised them to propose such figures anyways.

Is NCDMB A-class Agency? What’s their staff strienght on average?? Are they in same category as NUPRC??

I’ve this news to share with you. I learnt from a reliable source ( a director of a department under education in FCTA) that there will be a recruitment of about 1500 staffs in FCTA strictly for those with education qualifications…

For those expecting they should start pushing harder and suffocate your connects ✌🏾😄

So I met a very top shot in NCC today, he notified me that NCC recruitment is done and dusted, only if I had come to him earlier. He then assured me that if I know any other agency and I'm sure are doing recruitment, he can be of help.

Haven read through this thread to yesterday, I can list the following;
RMAF, NUPRC, TCN, NILDS, SEC, PENCOM, NIMASA
DOSDRA, NDIC, FCT IRS.

Recruitment in the oils sector for now is uncertain except replacement, secondment or transfer of service.
