Well, my source just confirmed that the chairman of FCC can issue COC without setting up a committee, that he will get back to me on that.

Sir on this I totally disagree. I have it on good authority it was issued. The COC was issued through the Chairman FCC HIMSELF! It never passed through the petroleum commitee. So even the chairman for petroleum committee will not be aware. Not to speak of the other commissioners on the committee. No one was aware when it came and left . As their OGA handled the whole thing without them. That’s a FACT.

So you saying they haven’t sat to assess the list is true , because the committee wasn’t aware it came and left them. Their OGA has already signed off on it . So no need for the commitee to work on it . It was ISSUED

I tell you most solemnly, FCC is yet to sit on that list.. COC has not been issued. Although COC can be coordinated in one day but until they do, let's sit tight and stop speculating dates

COC has been issued is a big lie from the pit of hell... Remember FCC had to write to DPR to inquire why the recruitment is taking too long.. The committee in FCC on DPR recruitment is to sit this week. I've zero contact at DPR office but I've a handful of info from FCC.

I have been following this thread silently for months and I noticed that a few persons have refused to share the truth about the current status of this recruitment. I know some people that have chosen to stay quiet will not be happy about this information I am about to share.

1. Some persons made it to the interview without sitting for the aptitude test including those that performed poorly. This was just to fulfil all righteousness to ease pressure. These persons attended the interview in the second week of December, 2017. However, most of them will not get the job.

2. 300+ made it on merit. 400 successful out of 3000+ candidates. 70% score in the interview will guarantee you the job. Federal Character was applied.

3. FCC approved the list and COC was issued; typing of APLs and posting letters commenced 3weeks ago. For those saying the list is with FCC, its either you are not telling the truth or your source refused to disclose this info.

4. Email, SMS will be used to contact successful candidates and Portals will be updated to provide further details regarding pick up of APLs.

5. Some people were called and asked to provide some documents that were missing on their portals in the month of May. Remember the Friday of the third week of May when the portal wasn't accessible and displaying an error message was when such update was done.

6. We will be contacted this month.

7. No one has been issued APL. Ignore such rumour.

8. This is the most transparent recruitment process. Most people with strong connections will be disappointed. The sons and daughters of the common man will make it on merit, thanks to Mr Tata. He deserves an accolade for this.

Lastly, Prayer is Key.

Number 3 is a lie from the pit of hell, COC is yet to be issued. I don't mean to discredit you sir but I got my eyes on that one

and God is watching......

I experienced this stress between 2010-2013 during nnpc recruitment. I started a thread on naijahotjobs that had more than 1000 pages.

After a long wait, the letters came.


It was a terrible experience as many did not get the job, that includes myself.

Pls do not put all your hopes in this, be ready to accept whatever comes.

Nnpc started the process well, the first two stages were on merit. Final selection was mared with serious corruption.

I guess they do that this days so that people will not complain about the process.


If you know anyone, pls follow up. If you don't pls pray.

Many people who comment here have talked to one or two persons about getting help.

When they finally get their letters, they won't tell you how they did it. If you have not, pls talk to God.

When the letters finally come, a lot of people will be shocked. I almost got hypertension because I didn't make it.

Looking back at my performance at the interview I cried like a child.

It was God that helped me...

The list is currently with the chairman FCC, no one can access it now. A committee will sit to verify if the process obeyed FCC principles. The date of this exercise is yet to be fixed but until then, sit tight.

No COC has been issued to the best of my knowledge

1. Are you saying the CoC may have been issued, since you said the chairman needn't have to be the one to sign it?

2. What actually and exactly is the state of the list from DPR at FCC, has it been transmitted to the appropriate quarter where CoC will be issued or it has been issued already.

It is not the job of the chairman of FCC to issue COC. There is a committee incharge of that affair headed by a commissioner of state. However, the list gets to the chairman first before being sent to the committee for approval. Just like in DPR recruitment , the HR department has bigger influence during recruitment than the office of the chairman.

DPR representative was in FCC yesterday.... Yes FCC has the list but COC has not been issued yet. Tnx

Just so you know, the chairman of FCC will be the first to collect the list . His office will acknowledge de received it. So as at yesterday, no list came in. It's also true that he lost a family member and he traveled for a burial

There is no special info in these 11 points.
Anybody that doesn't know Nos 1-8 is just a loafer. These are known even before the test.
Nos 9 - 11 are not anyone's business.

For those dragging whether list is in FCC or not, note this: any time the list reaches FCC you would know and at least 15% of those here would be able to check if their names are there or not. It is usually not a secret.

You have a place in my heart.... You deserve all my respect. I don't hv anything source in DPR but I've full info in FCC

Just so you know.... FCC has written officially to DPR to question their delay in the graduate trainee recruitment . For those saying that certificate of compliance has been issued.. Secondly is, the slot for us here is 320, not 400 as speculated .

Ladies and gentlemen.... Next week is very promising, so keep your phone up. The only thing that beat my imagination is that my contact at federal character Commission said they are yet to receive any list from DPR hence, certificate of compliance is yet to be issued. He also said it doesn't take much to issue the cert, maybe one day is enough.

It's also important to understand that this information was fetched today and it could be true or false... Hence, it's optional to believe/ disbelieve. But I'm 100% a believer, an optimist

Please let's focus on DPR recruitment... I think we are diverting from the subject matter already.

Sometimes it marvels me the way some people drop information here with all amount of certainty as if there r the ones in charge of posting. Nassarawa commissioner's tenor in FCC elapsed and it was transferred to the Lagos commissioner who in turn has also left yesterday because his tenor has elapsed too. By this week, a new commissioner would be assigned to Oil n gas committee who would then handle DPR matter. Mind u, its not any issue of one day.

FCC yet to get any list, the Lagos State commissioner in FCC is the head of the committee to sit for DPR job placement screening . He's yet to receive the list as at today. I even had to ask if DPR can actually do their stuff without consulting FCC . His response was "NOT POSSIBLE " .

The only thing he kept emphasizing was, make sure u don't have any relation/family member working there already (they are strict about it) and keep praying
