RomanceRe: Why Do Women Feel That Sex Is All A Guy Wants? by Yagazee: 8:41pm On Dec 28, 2013
Lordlexyy: Godliness and Godly reverence appears to have eloped our society. Most ppl talked about sexxx unabated. Youth engaged in it without giving hint to its repercusion. I don't have issue discussion sexx education and how we can have a society free of promiscuity but opening a thread as an avenue to display their master degree on sexx and intimacy without caution and allowed others to do so is absurd. Several threads and posts on this section suggest how sex has been commonise and to think that most ppl that freely boast about their escapede have one religious affiliation or the other. Imagine the op talks about his sexx life with his woman so proudly like it some kind of licence or ticket to experiment. Whatever anyone does, remember the fear of God surpasses all of man's wisdom. No amount of societal knowledge or suppose understanding can out do God prescribed standard for relationship and intimacy. Most ppl are hurt today relationship wise because they allowed their feelings and what society prescribed as the norm for relationship. You can't wait on God and get disappointed, He will ensure you get the right spouse but if your concern is about sexx fantacy, i feel sorry for you.
So your pastor or imam didn't teach you how to bypass such threads. Guys! I think this guy is already dripping. Click "like" if you think so
RomanceRe: Why Do 'Nice' Ladies Get Dumped Easily by Yagazee: 7:18pm On Dec 26, 2013
This days, ladies will keep giving you the forbidden fruit hoping you get choked one day. When that happens, behold you are a father. Trust me she wants to keep the baby and in an effort to correct your mistake, congratulation! You are now a husband. This method is now 70% effective, check the records or do your research on this. If you are a lady that want to keep her legs close & wait for the ring, your chance is 20%. From 2002 till now, 83% of men out there have had sex with thier woman before marriage.

lord orochi: I believe that ASUU president is not fair. Christmas is so close and the president of ASUU NAssir faggae is still refusing to call of the strike. How will lecturers who are christains celebrate the christmas? Is it the 1 or 2 bag of rice and other few food stuffs and the merger 50000 they will use to celebrate? People who are used to spending 150000-200000 for the christmas? What can one buy with 50000? If childrens and wife cloth money are removed from that what will be left? What about lecturers who have extended family members in the village waiting for money from them to celebrate the christmas? I can still remember during the sallah celebration ASUU was still been paid by the federal government and the strike wasn't this far gone. So the Muslims enjoyed there sallah celebration and now the christain won't because of faggae's stubbornness for no just reason as I see no reason why the strike shouldn't have been called of since yesterday when government has agreed to pay them and even have document showing that the 200billion Naira has been paid to an account in cbn for them. NAssir faggae should call of this strike now so the christain lecturers should enjoy the Christmas celebration as well. ASUU president should be fair to himself and the whole ASUU lecturers in Nigeria and shouldnt be religiously bias.
My brother your talk na background noise o. Wetin bring Sallah & xmas matter 4 ds ASUU strike? I dey provoke say dem giv dem those things u mentioned. If your papa na lecturer pls tell him no food 4 lazy man

Our leaders commits adultry by blending religion with politics/gov't. We have religious bodies as an authority presiding over a particular religion. We have a gov't placed to take care of her citizens within & outside her domain regardless of their religious inclination. So our Northern governors, stop imposing laws bourn out of religious dogma in a multi-religious country like Nigeria. You qualified for that seat of governorship not because you are a graduate of an Islamic or Seminar school but a graduate of a secular school (University). Debating weither both Islam & Christainity abore alchohol should be personal. Nigeria comprises of Muslims, Christains & Traditional religious people. If you want to bring back the acient times when kings/judges/emperors make laws base on their religious denomination, don't forget to ban automobiles so that we all will ride on camels. Always remember that among those that voted for you are those whose religious believes differ from yours.
EducationRe: All ASUU Strike News::1st July-16th December 2013 by Yagazee: 2:04pm On Dec 05, 2013
ZackiGp: President of the Academic Staff Union of
Universities (ASUU), Dr. Nasir Isa Fagge,
yesterday advised the government to write a
letter informing the union of the deposited
N200 billion.
The N200 billion is part of the N1.3 trillion
demanded by ASUU which was agreed will
be paid within six years between this year
and 2018.
Government also promised that the funds
will be ring-faced.
Reacting to the Presidency’s claim that
N200billon had been deposited with the
CBN for onward distribution to the
universities, Fagge in a telephone interview
last night said government should follow the
due process and stop briefing reporters
instead of writing to ASUU.
He said the letter should contain
government’s response to the remaining
three of the four conditions given by the
union which are: That the renegotiation of
the 2009 agreement in 2014 be included in
the final document as agreed at the
discussion with the President;
•That a non-victimisation clause which is
normally captured in all interactions of this
nature be included in the final document;
•And that a new Memorandum of
Understanding shall be validly endorsed,
signed by a representative of government,
preferably the Attorney General of the
Federation and a representative of ASUU,
with the President of the Nigeria Labour
Congress (NLC) as a witness.
“Informing the media when an official letter
has not been written to ASUU is a wasted
effort. Government should write ASUU
officially informing the union of the
deposited N200 billion. We are not fools.
Government should be able to follow the
due process.
“We do not want to leave anything to
chances. We understand English and the
tactics more than government. After that
official letter to ASUU is written containing
the remaining three agreed positions, ASUU
can respond and decide on when to call off
the strike. Nobody can intimidate us.

children, middle finger to the president.

EducationRe: ASUU Gives Conditions To End Strike by Yagazee: 8:25pm On Nov 27, 2013
suco_50: Guys, quote me when this come true. One of the three conditions given by ASUU, which is no suspension of strike till all salary arrears are paid could take this strike further than expected, even if not till next year. Most people will be surprised when FG will find it difficult to meet that single demand as simple as it appears, stating that there are insufficient funds in government coffers for the instant payment of the Union's arrears.
FG will never give such lame excuse because the "no work no pay" according to Wikipaedia.org is not a punishment but a rule of understanding between an employer and the employees, the rule is constitutional and universally accepted. Salary is simply defined as compensation for labour. A situation when there is no labour, the employer by right/choice can envoke the "no work no pay" rule. Trade unions worldwide respect this rule.

The principle of no-work-no-pay
(dies non)
The principle of 'no-work-no-
pay' is not a punishment. When
an employee expends his energy
and effort in a productive task, a
predetermined salary rewards
his performance. Employees are
compensated for contributing
their labour. When there is no
contribution, there is no
compensation in return. It is a
covenant between two parties
that provides for equal and
reciprocal responsibility.

EducationRe: ASUU Vows To Continue STRIKE At NEC Meeting by Yagazee: 7:50pm On Nov 24, 2013
The outcome of the National Executive Council meeting of the Academic Staff Union of Universities secretly held in Kano has been to extend the strike action.
A memo sent to members after the meeting read in part, “…based on feedback from branches, the union resolved to clear some grey areas before any further action. If we must remove strikes as a regular feature in our University system, then we must get things sorted out permanently. Be steadfast as we await next congress meeting.”
ASUU members are said to have been disgruntled over the allowances that have been shared by university management among university staff. The Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Education and Associated Institutions (NASU) are said to be benefitting more from the N40 billion released as allowances for staff, whilst ASUU members are receiving less. This has apparently grieved some members of ASUU who believe they should benefit as they instituted the strike action.
A source said, “ASUU members got less than they deserved from the allowance while other unions fed fat from it; it looks as if we only fought for other unions. Members are really angry about this,” he said, noting that these were some of the issues that would be tabled at the congress of the union later in the week.
He added, “The issues are the 2009 agreement which is due for re-negotiation and our salary. We felt that until these are resolved, it will be futile to call off the strike. So the strike continues.”
The leadership of the Union is expected to communicate its position to President Jonathan shortly.
