so the government feels that someone in the CJN's category shouldn't have such amount in his account? shocked The whole money is less than N50m.couldnt he have legitimately made N50m all the years in service? It's understandable he erred to not have declared. Banning him for 10years and taking his money is a witch-hunt

So for your mind, this is witch-hunt? The kain thunder wey go strike you when cheesy

Politics / Re: Onnoghen’s Dismissal: We’ll React Formally - PDP by Yareema22(m): 7:06am On Apr 19, 2019
This BDC CJN is gone for good. PDP should snap him up and make him their legal adviser,or better still, appoint him their Bureau De Change agent, since he's more specialised in changing Naira into foreign currencies than he is in law.

only Dogara has the real politic influence in the state. Dogara was the one who brought apc to bauchi, he single handedly sponsored all its activities in the state and at last M.A became governor. Now he sponsored Kauran Bauchi, pdp, and he won defeating to former governor also.

Dogara brought APC to Bauchi? Tell me another joke please. It's not yet April 1st.
Politics / Re: Check This Out :bauchi State! by Yareema22(m): 2:43am On Mar 29, 2019
Apart from the Chief of Air Staff,AVM Sadique Abubakar and to some extent,Yakubu Dogara, the rest are simply useless. Bauchi state has the highest number of Juicy appointments from the President, but their impact is not felt in the state at all.

ChristianNorth:

APC will crush PDP if PDP tries to make this case an APC vs PDP thing.

But if they focus on INEC and on the weaknesses of their process, then it will be easier.

"The use of card reader in elections is foreign to our law" is a PDP argument that led to a precedence at the Supreme court but PDP can try to over turn this by basing their argument on Chapter 1 of the electoral act and the 2019 INEC election guidelines.

This is the reason we need Ikpeazu, this falls in his area of strength.

If that precedence is overturned, it is over for APC, because I am sure APC is building their cases on some electoral precedences.

So how do you expect the election petition tribunal to to over turn a decision of the Supreme Court?

But on a serious note, not all Fulanis are herdsmen, and not all herdsmen are terrorists.

Believe me,I'm a victim of the herdsmen terrorists my self and even recently,my maternal grandmother was abducted by some Fulani herdsmen. It took God's intervention that we were able to rescue her (after paying a huge ransom though). So my point is,it is unfair on your part,I think,to label all Fulanis as terrorists. There are always bad eggs amongst all the tribes but that doesn't mean that, because of the activities of these few,we should label a whole tribe as been terrorists.

Politics / Re: Tribunal Chairman Disagrees To Judgement Declaring Adeleke Winner Of Osun Guber by Yareema22(m): 8:06pm On Mar 22, 2019
Excelboi:
Op, to counter your article and to those who wish to learn, where a judgment is been delivered and there are 3 judges like in this Osun case, where two judges are of the same view and one is against it, the majority carries the vote so the chairman view doesn't change anything.

Even if it's at the Supreme Court, and the Chief Justice is dissenting and two others are agreeing, those agreeing carries the day.

That's why some uninformed people are thinking that for the so called Acting CJN Buhari sworn in illegally will help Buhari during judgment, if other judges dissent from declaring Buhari winner and the So called Acting CJN upheld the judgment during Atiku vs Buhari appeal, nothing the Acting CJN can do, majority carries the day. Mind you I'm neither pro APC or Pro PDP in national level.
I'm just a lawyer talking from the angle of law!

Did you read the article or you were just eager to comment. The OP did rightly pointed out that THE CHAIRMAN OF THE TRIBUNAL disagreed with the judgement of the other two judges. It means it is a dissenting judgement, and the judgement of the other judges will take precedence...

I really appreciate the fact that you called my attention to the fact that the report on my first thread was not correct which I corrected and apologized for, I even went back to modify the thread, can u just take it easy? Nobody is wishing for electoral violence but we all know that in this election period there are one or two cases of violence ,....yes we pray that the best candidate wins and when he does, he should be magnanimous in victory... It's not a do or die affair..... Allah Ya mana mafi Alheri.... Amen, salaam.

Oh,really sorry for my harsh tone,my team(Man Utd) lost today to one of our fiercest rivals(Arsenal) and since then,I couldn't control my emotions coupled with the fact that when I went back to that INEC headquarters I wasted more than 30 minutes before those fiery looking soldiers could let me in really got me unnerved....is wasn't really easy for me today..
I didn't really meant to be rude,so once again I am sorry.

Even if there's violence, people like you should be held responsible for posting fake news on social media. I was telling you on the other thread that that the final results were not yet released and that results from a certain local govt has been cancelled, yet you were telling people that PDP has won Bauchi election even before the final results were announced.
Now a rerun will the place in the affected local govt, which is Tafawa-Balewa... I pray that the best candidate wins. #Bauchidecides

Politics / Re: INEC DECLEARS BAUCHI STATE ELECTIONS INCONCLUSIVE by Yareema22(m): 10:43pm On Mar 10, 2019
Please stop spreading false news here,we are currently at the INEC headquarters in Bauchi awaiting the results from two local governments namely,Bauchi and Ganjuwa local governments respectively. Similarly,INEC ha cancelled the results from Tafawa-Balewa local government and some polling units within Bauchi metropolis.

What is happening is that, the wife of the governorship candidate of the PDP, announced to the public that her husband is the winner of the elections even before final results were collated, prompting wild jubilations by some PDP supporters. So I advice that you wait for the final results from INEC.

Is he their government or president? Was there any agreement that he must accommodate them forever?

I am preparing quit notices to serve all APC and one Nigerianise supporters living in our land.

You see your life, this is how you will start this nonsense hiding behind your keyboard and when Arewa Youths threaten your people with quit notice, you will still come here and start wailing and crying and condemning people for something you started. I know as a fact that there are more Igbos in the North with a large concentration of business than there are Hausas in the South, and it is your people that will suffer the must if what you are saying should happen.
I think it is about time we forget about the outcome of the elections and move forward...what do we stand to gain by dwelling on something that has come and gone?...I think we should all join hands and move our country forward. This we can only achieve by living peacefully with one another irrespective of our tribe, region, religion or political affliations.
Politics / Re: Sani Shinkafi Ejects IDPs Living In His House For Voting Buhari by Yareema22(m): 1:02am On Feb 28, 2019
You are no more than an IDP too in this world. At best, you are not more than a tenant who, at any moment can be ejected(by God Almighty) without
any notice...God gave you wealth not because you were any better than the IDPs but because he wanted to try you.. Your action shows that you only accommodated them to use them to vote for your candidate during the elections. If you were sincere, you wouldn't have minded their political inclinations. But you should know that,no matter your political leanings, creed or religion, first and foremost we are all humans and in the end it is your service to humanity or otherwise that'll largely define how people see you... You may have ejected these people from your house, but one thing that you will never "eject" is their believe and conviction that they actually did the right thing by voting the candidate of their choice... You may also think that you have ruined these people, but you only succeeded in destroying the remaining moral fabric that clothed your devilish self and now the people will clearly see you as the devil that you truly are.

Always stay in the midst of people, preferably your family members. Odingo1:
I was born in the north, what you said is not mostly the reason why Atiku fail.
Buhari is seen as a true muslim in the north who support jihadism and sharia. All the senior Imam back Buhari and Almajiris take orders from them, this almajiris are the real voters in the north. Atiku is seen as friend of infidels and have no control over the almajiris. They also trust Buhari to hand over to a northener in 2023 using PDP or APC.

Atiku have little control in the north because he is a liberal man, while Buhari is seen as a Islamic supreme leader because over the years Buhari is a trusted Islamic adherent who provide cover for Islamic hard liners.

Born in the North my foot!...may God punish you for the lies you are peddling here... people like you should be arrested and put behind bars for spreading hate speeches and lies...you voted for the candidate of your choice and the Northerners voted for the candidate of their choice, what's the big deal about that?... please find another excuse the trashing you Athiefkulooter received because this one you provided is lame...Lest ai forget,#IAMNORTH
