Sure, the student loan thing came like a blessing to many people. It will be made almost inaccessible to the common man and 90% of civil servants won't and will never have access to such luxury for their wards.

Aside being inaccessible to the poor and the middle class, this will increase school fees to about or more than 500K. Can you pay afford that for your ward, with your minimum wage?
