Its good you can extend to Anambra and Imo states. My contact in the above mentioned states is doing a nice work but have not gotten the needed answer.

have been doing a research on my own about Avutu poultry farm, recently renamed Sam Mbakwe farm in imo state. but have not been able to get there location.

heard they have capacity of producing 40 million eggs annually.

Anyone with useful information on how to get to the farm please share it here.

The above named group Citywide Egg Distribution Club - CEDC, is an investment club made up of dynamic and result oriented young Nigerians, do ask for a guaranteed supply of 1500 [one thousand, five hundred] crates of eggs on weekly routine.

We have dialogued with a few and they gave us the nod for further talks.
The success of this venture will offer many who will be interested in the group a guaranteed supply all year round.

I have established a connection with a farm and will be picking up 100 crates tomorrow. though start with 50 crates last Wednesday, and sold them off in a day, yet did not satisfy my neighborhood.

I am looking forward to expand to 1000 crates by beginning of next month, hence any farmer in Uyo that can give me at a reasonable price, I would love to discuss with them.

Rule 10/10 is a client acquisition plan a beginner in egg distribution can adopt and go into automatic profiting.
Its in a nutshell - get 10 clients who will buy 10 crates weekly. With this you are selling 100 crates weekly with ease.
Then targeting the 10% weekly returns, you grow your investment by 40% monthly.

For example, you invested N50,000.00 and you were able to to get 100 crates of egg with it and you make 10% of weekly.
This translates to making N5,000.00 weekly totaling N20,000.00 monthly.

I'll work on that this week. though have some customers willing to buy 10 crates weekly but there prices are not favorable to me.

exactly my point! The OP has duly dissected every other aspect of the business except the risks of eggs being broken. Considering the dilapidated state of most our roads in Nigeria, this risk can not be totally ruled out.

How can one reduce this risk and maximize profit

I think basically it's been careful. just as you won't walk anyhow when carrying a crate of egg, same way you drive carefully and slowly when transporting them.
