He would if it's for his agenda, is it not a president that moved the capital to Abuja? I don't think it's necessary though, he can use Lagos as Camp David weekend getaway.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger Confirm Plan To Form New Confederation by ycat: 6:26am On Feb 16
They are sovereign countries and will figure it out on their own. They no longer want to depend on their neighbors and that's why they violated the rules and will live by their decision.
God1000:
I knew this would eventually happen, this is the result of ECOWAS failure to remove them

But I wonder how these landlocked countries will survive on their own without the rest of the regional block, some of them still depend heavily on their neighbors for so many things

By helping your neighbor, you are also helping yourself.

A stable Niger republic and ECOWAS will definitely benefit Nigeria

Every state/region will have to train their police based on their own values and state/region should be responsible for the funding too. Fingers are not equal, trying to make them equal will only render them useless.

Politics / Re: FG And 36 State Governors Agree To Create State Police To Combat Insecurity by ycat: 5:54am On Feb 16
It must be done right or it's a waste of time.

All the existing police are criminals and must be transferred to their mothers regions, let them go and terrorize their mothers and grandmothers. Federal police must be restricted to Abuja alone and state/regional police must not cross into other state/regions for any reason or to kidnap people as it's done now. Recruitments should be by the traditional rulers. And of course it should be under an independent commission where people can report code violations. After the police comes regional army a.k.a national guards!

It will be difficult to deport 18 million people but he will deport most of them and the rest will beg for tickets to go back home when the freebies they are getting now is taken away and any employer that hires them is fined heavily. Some will go to prisons before they are deported. It will be a serious project. As for illegal votes, New York has always given ID to illegals and will do it again especially now that illegals are all over the streets of New York. Republicans never won anything in New York until Trump came along but I'm waiting to see how the whole thing will work now that even students are saying they will vote Trump and Republican for the first time.
OLAADEGBU:

I don’t see how a Trump administration would be able to round up all those illegals for deportation how much more stopping them from registration to vote. undecided

Democrats and some RINO have nothing to lose. They won't be able to walk down the streets when all their secrets crimes come out, so they want to sink America with themselves.

Thank you. It is shocking to see how some people hate their country that they want to see it destroyed. Outside enemies don't need to do anything when they have liberal democrats who have beaten them to it.

The alternative was a civil war which Democrats wanted and had planned for but the MAGA Republicans wouldn't let them have their way to that level. Trump and patriots needed to let the Americans see what Democrats are willing to do for power. It's taken a long way but now they won't be able to repeat 2020, this is why they are using lawfare to fight Trump, they know it's the only way to stop him but that won't work either. I hope assassination won't work too.

Gov of Texas acted too late. Democrats already have the number of illegals they wanted, about 18 million of them within 3 years to replace black votes. The rest is just politics by the Democrats to get money for Ukraine in the name of border security.

Most of her donors are Democrats and now that they are abandoning her, she's just in the race now out of shame.
It's too late for her to negotiate with Trump for a aoft landing, she will be trashed in her home state of S.Carolina if she makes it there.

Two Large Money Donors Ditch Neo-Con RINO Nikki Haley Despite Her Vow to Continue Presidential Race
By Cullen Linebarger

Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley will likely be hard-pressed to continue her doomed presidential campaign as large-money donors have begun to abandon ship. CNBC reported Wednesday that notorious Billionaire LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman decided that he had wasted enough money on the Haley campaign and is closing his wallet. As TGP readers know, Hoffman has cut big checks to Joe Biden's reelection effort and also donated $250,000 to a super PAC backing Haley.

The Daily Mail notes Hoffman previously wrote on his Linkedin page that donating to Haley was worth it to stop Trump because America would "survive'" her presidency even if she was not "as good" a President as Biden. …....Read More…

Politics / Re: Few People Looted Nigeria Through Subsidy In The Last 40 Years - Tinubu by ycat: 7:28am On Jan 16
Nigeria is badly broken and will take a long time to fix, so work on devolving powers to regions and let them manage their resources and pay 25% to Abuja. Let regions also choose leaders to represent them in Abuja. Nigeria was ok when it had money, now that it's broke, it's a waste of time trying to fix it. Let regions fix themselves and the whole country will be better. Don't do anything, just bring out our original constitution, yes we have a constitution that all regions agreed to in 1962 and with a few ammendment removing Queen Elizabeth name from it, we are good to go. The 1999 is a military decree for the north, we are not a party to it and we don't need it since we already have one.

There was money for subsidy then but now there's no money and Nigeria is in debt using around 96% of its income to service debt.

President Tinubu needs to call for national conference, Nigeria is at war right now. Nigeria has already fallen, let's manage the chaos and use this opportunity to do what the nations in Nigeria want. Any region that still wants Nigeria must give up its rights and always yield to the ones we will beg to stay and if we all decide to go, great. The people been killed are more than people dying in full blown wars.

Who stole country wealth to enrich himself?
Keep your emotion in check, you are not responding to this very news.

He stole nothing, benefiting from stolen money does not mean he knew where the money came from. Every debt the thief lady settles or gift gifted with the money has benefited from the money but they have nothing to do with the crime.
