Those were the Obas that were created by the British after 1851, Awujale was the only Oba that the British met in Lagos in 1851. okpouman: There were several obas right from gabaro to oba dosunmu or akitoye who sold LAGOS to the British |

Is it not Osun where they wanted Atiku to be the next president when Buhari just finished 8 years, those people there are a strange breed and wouldn’t mind being railroaded to eternity. I don’t even want to waste my time on them. |

You mean the AJOBIEWE didn’t receive all the money given to the governors? Let’s hear from the presidency first. AfonjaPriest: Now this is veritable evidence to show that tinubu likes suffering Nigerians. Imagine withholding workers' salaries! Is that not wickedness and insensitivity? Well, let me not say much. I know those that are made to suffer from that region love the emilocorn beef that is being dished out daily. A case of suffering and smiling. In any case, come 2027, tinubu ma lule! |

Celebrities › Re: Davido, His Dad & Gov Adeleke Have Been Paying Osun State Salaries - Bode George by ycat: 9:09pm On Aug 18, 2025 |
After looting Osun to the ground, the least they can do is take part of the loots to pay workers.
It’s like saying Abuja is paying Lagos or Niger-Delta workers.
Check the Adelekes expenses since they became governor and compare it to before, from giving 2 billion to a church to the wedding in Miami and everything in between. They never spent this kind of money until they became governor. You just know it’s Osun’s money they’re spending while insulting people’s intelligence. Who can blame them?
Talk about insults on injury, Osun never seen the kind of propaganda that is about to be unleashed on them. You people will learn the hard way. |

Aregbesola never supported Isese and couldn’t have started the holiday if that’s what you’re referring. He was promoting Islam, if you remember the hijabs in schools he fought for. He only built a wood called Opa Oranyan so he would not be seen as a Yoruba hater. I don’t want to go into his origin so my post isn’t yanked, but everything Aregbesola is doing right now is expected cos water always finds its level at last. Though a part of me tells me that he can’t be this ungrateful for all Yoruba have done for him. A possible mole actor? anonimi: Is this what Aregbesola started in Osun after eight years as Lagos commissioner |

If you’re not hallucinating, you won’t call a war that lasted for 42 years, hundreds of villages and thousands of lives, “3 days”. At least we know why your lords removed history from schools, the truth hunts you for your parts as British soldiers in attacking innocent natives for rewards that you haven’t enjoyed and will never enjoy in peace. The history will never be removed from the people. okpouman: You guys are reknown for delusion. Leaving in imagination and false pretenses.

The only Oba in Lagos before British came in 1851 was Awujale and he didn’t invite the British. So I don’t know where you got Oba rivals in Lagos from. okpouman: The dispute between rival obas of LAGOS ,led to the annexation of LAGOS. Essentially one oba sold out and invited the British |

No, Yoruba’s money was used to develop the oil, but Yoruba haven’t taken a kobo from the oil money even though we have oil too. We’re spending less than 20% of the money we contribute. This is what you all know but won’t admit, because you think we’re fools. Let Nigeria go regional where we all keep our money to ourselves, it’s then you will know that Yoruba are the ones floating you. The British called us the richest and the influx of you and your mama both walking and crawling to my region confirms that, not to talk of the money generated from my land. okpouman: It's was oil boom money from the nigerdelta not Yoruba money, who dash you richest region y'all been deceived |
