No dividend Warrant has been received since it was bought. I would please like to know the Dividend payment History as well as Bonus history since 2007 so as to know total amount of dividend expected and total share as at date since it's 2007 Public offer. The information I could lay my hands on were:

2007 Dividend N1.00 Bonus 1 for 4
2008 I dont Know
2009 Dividend N0.45k Bonus 1 for 4
2010 Dividend N0.85k Bonus ?
2011 Dividend N0.95k Bonus ??
2012 Dividend N1.60 Bonus ??

Please i would need the house to please help me look into them and correct appropriately.

PLS I pls i bought NPFMCRFBK shares with morgan capital secirities. but when i went to their registrars, City Securities Registrars Limited(CSL), they told me that they have not recieved my signature showing that i bought such shares and as such i am not eligible for dividend payment without their recieving it and that i should cantact my broker who is responsible for such( NB: i later sold only after dividend payment date). i later visited morgan capital securities and complained to them and they started telling me to fill a form and sign as well as provide passport all of which they will submit to CSL registrars, which i did and ever since then they've been delaying the process and frustrating me. pls fellow bnsitl, must i go tru all these any time i buy shares 4rm d secondry market just to get my dividend payment? Is morgan capital not supposed to send all my data in their custody to the registrars of the stock i bought? pls sombody should pls help me out of this. tnks.

dsonofmaan: You can buy and sell the same day, but i don't think you can sell and use the proceed of the sale to buy on the same day.

It is possible but it may not be immediately. I av sold some stocks around 11.30 and use d proceed to buy another stock around 12. 10pm

wakes: HELP! I bought TRANSCORP at the IPO. I lived in Jos then. Because I did not know much(still don't know much), I could not process my certificate. Now I am trying to contact the stock broking firm through which I bought the shares: BYTOFEL SECURITIES... to no avail.

I was once invited for the AGM by the registrars but I just don't know how to track my shares now.

In anycase,the amount of money involved is considerable to make out a day or two to visit your registrars physically and sort things out yourself. You'd be surprised to know what your broker is up to.

Go and meet your registrar. They will tell everything you need to know. Frm then, u can now go 2 ur broker with the knowledge u av received frm d registrar.
