They gum the battery with d back panel that hold d screen and there r two wires , o e is red and d other black that goes to d panel and nothing more. Though I didn't use for a long time cos it has touch pad problem, so which I've not ordered yet. So I charged it till 100 % before switch it off. So when I plug it again, it works and even charged now to 100% but when I unplug d usb cable from d power socket it would off. I even put on d Sun maybe moist can cause it but still not working.

I've done that... d only place that d signal full is where I tweak it to besides that it will start skipping even I change d lnb but still d same thing

You need 4940, 4935, 4675 etc to be able to pair your smart card.

I have strong decoder 4950G ,, but it doesn't show all old mytv channels but shows some like dove etc. .. just around 40 channels but d other ones that I installed with 4940 got many channels ...why?

I helped someone to track old mytv with srt 4940 it got every channels in old mytv but when I tracked it with my srt 4950G when I got home, it doesn't show all d channels I got from the previous decoder. Pls what happened after blindscan?

Good news! Mytv Africa is back for better. The company made official announcement about a week ago that there will be a temporarily suspended. It is also stated in the statement that, the service should be back up early this week, on a different satellite. Though, necessitating a satellite dish re-pointing for which we sincerely apologize.

Furthermore, The upside is HD(High definition) Channels service, will soon joining the new satellite position, frequency, polarization and symbol rate. It also stated that lost viewing will be compensated for (only official Mytv Africa Subscriber).
