JOB DESCRIPTION

•Coordinates and plans the maintenance schedule for all the facilities;
•Develops, implements and manages building management plan for each
Branch
•Oversees all maintenance and repair of the company
•Plans, organizes, directs, and inspects the work of building maintenance crews;
•Prepares specifications for special contract items;
•Reviews plans and specifications and makes recommendations as to
maintenance and operation of new facilities prior to and during construction;
•Prepares budget estimates, makes recommendations and controls
expenditures;
•Supervises and evaluates performance of the Facilities Management Section;
•Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround
times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to
provide quality seamless customer service.

Required Knowledge, Skills

•Building maintenance and repair methods and requirements.
•Work operational systems, procedures, standards and practices in various building tasks.
•Mechanical equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire systems, stand-by emergency power, water treatment systems, and related preventive maintenance programs.
*practices of personnel management and supervision.
•practices of budget preparation and administration.
•practices of building management methods.
•Review or check the work product of others to ensure conformance to standards.
•Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.

Yaradua is sick in the head, sense and body. We need a strong leader who is always available to take certain decisions. We just concluded the amnesty programm and impresson we have now is becos he's not here the programme has suffered set back. Our 7 points agenda is not working because we dont have a strong leader. Once u are sick in the body and such sickness keeps dragging, then ur sense and brain is sick too.
