Lets have faith in the system. The so called minister is still a suspect and undergoing investigation by the SSS. It has not been proven that they misappropriated the fund for the competition. It is only after that, and the President wade in to clear him and others accused that you could pass invectives on Mr President. The fight against corruption is not only by pointing fingers and sitting down to do nothing. The presence of these so called THIEVES in our big events today still determine the success of such events, How can we blacklist them from showing off with thier illgotten wealth. If our artists refused to perform in occassions they attend, we refused to honour IV to thier children wedding, corruption will naturally find a new haven. We MUST act.

I am disappointed with this comment. How can you have faith in a corrupt system of govt. If the govt is tackling corruption is another thing. We cannot have any faith corrupt system I beg.

Development cannot go all round Lagos once. You mentioned Lekki,VI Island. But let me tell you these are the major places that bring money. Any responsible governement will firstly spend money on places like before moving to other areas. Even at that, this is the first time I can see Local Govt repairing thier roads. This man has mandated them in repairing certain number of roads yearly. I m very sure it will go round. Let us all try and encourage this man and his team.

In this evolution of human resource management where HRIS and accounting packages are dominating everywhere, for the providers of HRIS, there’s need for their facilitators to be exposed to processes in accounting if they have to be relevant indelivering good lectures.

Software providers now include both accounting and human resource i.e. Human Manager also has SUN as their accounting package while Oracle and Sage have both. These companies use same facilitators. They can function well in both Account and HR. I presume this is main reason they are diversifying

There something in career that will call challenge. Even if they plan for you to fail in marketing, you may later found out that is where you have your strenght. It may be blessing in disguise. Please don't be discouraged from day 1 so that have your heartbroken. Good luck in your career.

May be you need to start with CIPM. You can also start by attending thier forums to prepare you form CIPM exams.

I am familiar with Human Manager. That software is fantastic. If your company is able even if your request is not in thier module.
