My area of concentration in my career is how relevance is a body is or certification. You can bag so many online certificate truly but ask yourself how relevant are they to your career. I think overtime I have realize this.

If you look at vacancies in the dailies as regard HR positons only emphasy is CIPM. Fine you can get your oversea certification but CIPM is No 1 as far as you are still here.
