An ICT requires the services of some Project expediter to support our project managers. Primary responsibilities include daily support to each of the Project Managers in the form of project office administration, pre-design/feasibility, These responsibilities will include clerical, administrative and general office duties Act as liaison with clients, contractors through clear and consistent communication; develop, manage, and maintain online and hard copies of project management files; Prepare and distribute development team meeting minutes. Assist Project Managers with issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) for design and contractors. Coordinate and assist Project Mangers with contract management for pre-design/feasibility services Assist Project Managers with construction contract deliverables to ensure project is completed on time and within budget. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have: HND/BSc; a minimum of five (2) years experience; working knowledge of strong computer skills; Project experience; ability to work collaboratively with customers, Contractors, Project Managers, Accounting, other Project staff, must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and an independent worker & thinker; have excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
