Buhari, does not have what it takes to be a minister, he lacks proper formal education to head a ministry like Petroleum. He's not above the law, whether elected by 100% population of Nigeria or not, we cannot skip the constitution, after all, our Lord Jesus Christ wasn't a sinner but he got baptised.
