As an accountant I resigned because 100k was too little for me. Most thought I was crazy because I was the highest paid then.

But I used to wonder how a person collecting 30k even less survives. They mostly have side chicks, girlfriends and multiple children from different mamas. Drinking and smoking always.

Having manage their finance as their accountant, this my conclusion

1. They take loans which extend to 3 - 5 years of their salary (committing them to the company for life) This one take of BIG expenses like rent, school fees and owambes

2. They take salary advances (taking care of little expenses)

3. They take kickback from contractors (this is the major source of income) they can't survive without this one

4. They are serial beggers (They will turn you into ATM if you are too generous)

5. At the worst, they are not the ones taking care of the family, the wlves and the baby Mamas take the bulk

6. They are over loyal to the company. They are the types you can send on odds errands. This makes taking loans easy
