*NYSC MOBILISATION LIST TO BE RELEASED SOON*

All is set for the final stage for the release of the NYSC mobilisation list. This is known as the stage of reconciliation which has been scheduled to hold next week.

This disclosure was made by the Deputy Registrar (Unilorin), Mrs. W.A. Salle, in an exclusive chat with a correspondent of Unilorin UCJ.

The essence of this stage, according to her, is to ensure correlation between the printout of the varsity with the uploaded entry at the NYSC headquarters in Abuja.

Upon an enquiry as to when the NYSC mobilisation list will be uploaded on the school portal, this was her response: "We should be going to Abuja for reconciliation next Monday. It will be released when we have reconciled."

"Student Affairs Officer will take a printout and reconcile with the uploaded entry at the NYSC headquarters. Both must tally."

Flowing from the above therefore, the much anticipated list maybe released at the fall of next week.

probably 2mao or friday...as for the no of students mobilized am not sure about that but à guy sent another corrected senate list to my dept grp chat some minutes ago claiming that is the one they will send to NYSC, their is no much diff btwn d one he sent nd the former one except that this new one have like 4 more pages..lets wait till friday everything will be clear by then.

The error list was sent to my dept group chat i dont think its on d portal yet,tried uploading it here but the file is too large.

To all Unilorites on this forum... I put a call through to some lecturers at some department that are my church member to confirm the mobilization /slashing palava... I was told they never heard of that ooo... And that soon our names shall be uploaded..... I even confirm from a friend's mum that works with the Senate... She said, she wasn't aware of that and she didn't hear anything pertaining to that.

senate sat yesterday nd dey re to consider spill over students first then select randomly.

CONFIRMED!!! the 38% mobilization list will also affect UNILORIN and right now, list has been compiled by Students Affairs, to be sent to nysc latest by 2mao.

Currently, no list is with NYSC (u can confirm dt on nysc portal). Only 38% of the graduating students will be mobilized this Nov while odas will wait till March.
No one knws the criteria used by Students Affairs in d selection process.

I also confirmed that Senate met today concerning this NYSC issue. If it's going to be random, I advise we start making necessary calls, pray to God, and hope for the best.

I don't know anyone at Student Affairs, but I know someone who knows someone there. I just hope monday will not be too late.

In my department's group chat, someone said 30% from each department will be mobilised. Method of selection is still unknown ; that is especially why it is worrisome.

Most of the students ain't even concerned about the slashing... if you see my class group chat ehn, na just unnecessary not related to nysc things them dey post. The other day I tried telling them about the slashing, they all didn't believe, since then na low-key I dey.
Maybe they should all stay 1 year at home before they know what's up.

same thing on my dpt group chat o...buh some called tonyt that dat some1 she knows at student affairs said dey gave unilorin 2000 slots or so...so d person asked 4 her details so as to include it.
