Jonathan is in the position to ask them those questions. If they can't answer the questions, he has the power to prosecute them. What stops him from asking them these questions?

Jonathan failed woefully in his answers to the allegations Obasanjo made. His supporters and loyalists should be disappointed tonight with this response.
