At 3, My daughter got 15 hours per week. Rather than 3 hours per day for 5 days, we made it 5 hours per day for 3 days (she wasn’t getting free meals though)


Last September, she started Reception class.
Take her to school at 8:30am. Take her home at 3:15pm. Monday to Friday. She gets free feeding.

I recently got admission for MBA in Coventry University and was told that I'll obtain a UKVI Tier 4 Visa.

Now I have some questions.

1. How many years is a UKVI Tier 4 Visa

2(a) Can my dependents (wife and 3 children) get Visas to travel with me? (age of children: 10, 2 and a newborn)
2(b) The oldest child is not my biological child, she's my niece with same surname. will there be an issue with this?

3. Can my wife work with her visa over there (That's if she gets the visa). Will she be allowed to get a job when we get to the UK

4. What are our chances if we decide to remain in UK after my studies, is there a legit way? do we stand a chance? This question is necessary because if we'll be given eg, 1 or 2 years visa without a chance of remaining in the UK after my studies I may want to reconsider my options before relocating my family. if we cant stay and raise our kids there why move them to UK and move them back to Nigeria after 1 year.

5. How much should I budget for visa. (for a family of 5)

Since I am not a student I cant answer questions on statement of purpose or personal statement . However your question is not clear if you mean for Visa or for school application

Regarding NHS fee... yes it per each dependants

Yes dependants have to pay the IHS too.

The total fee payable for the visa+IHS is multiplied by the number of dependants but this is paid separately for each application.

For your visa, you don't need SOPs or personal statements but you can address any issues that might not be clear to the ECO on your application using a cover letter.
Personal statements are usually required for UK postgraduate courses.

That placement years length is not factored in when you talking about maintenance fee. It usually a standard 9 months calculation.

Yes, bank statements are checked for self-funded students (it has to be the student's account or an account belonging to the student's parents/guardians). This is to verify that the student has the funds to pay for his/her course and that whatever financial document is submitted to UKVI doesn't get rejected for falling short of the UKVI rules.

Students who are in receipt of a full scholarship from official financial sponsors are required to only show a sponsorship letter or an approved loan letter from qualified financial institutions (for those taking loans). The school will request for this too before CAS is issued to avoid a situation where it doesn't meet UKVI rules.

Hello. I've got an unconditional offer and I've been asked to pay my deposit. On the school's payment site, i saw 2 options ; either online through debit/credit card payment or bank transfer. I don't know which of the options is the most preferred. Kindly help. Is it better to preferable to pay via bank transfer or should i pay online?

1. Your siblings can definitely sponsor you. However, if they will be doing that together with the fact that you wish to apply husband and kids then you're directly telling them WE ARE NOT COMING BACK

2. I will suggest you apply first and then apply for your husband via Open work Permit in the future.

3. The siblings sponsoring you will be closely evaluated based on their own individual dependencies. That is what's the propensity for them to cater for their needs and responsibilities and still sponsor you In Canada?

4. I really don't know how you intend doing this buy your husband needs to be able to provide some sort of sponsorship

If your reference letter is written on the company letter head, then you don't have anything to worry about. Otherwise, you can attach your supervisor's/HR's complimentary card. Additional documents such as payslips, bank statement to show salary payments, employment letter etc could come in handy too.

Please I need help.. anyone who knows or has had similar experience. I work with a small company but the company has no website or online presence. Will this affect me when my job is been verified? Are there any additional document I could get from my employer or add before submitting my application that will help them know it's a legit company? Or how do I go about this? Thank you.
