according to my bedsheet , Vitaform is the cheapest on NSE right now with N20 FV based on their latest report this can be achieve IF they can maintain their recent performance in 2021. otherwise we will be looking @ N14 worse case scenario ^{my opinion}.

Q1 is important to give us d good clue. patient is d key

VITAFOAM is still far from my price forecast as their Q3 result will propel the share price higher.

For me, N170k is too small to spread on 3 stocks.......
The three stocks mentioned by @Emmasoft are all good........BUT I will say, stake the money on JUST ONE out of them.....

As adviced by @valueinvestor, you have to watch and time your entry so you can key-in at relatively low and bargain price....

** UCAP @6 with 170k will give you roughly 28,000 units excluding fees.
** ZENITH at say N23 will give you roughly 7,300units....
** GTB at say N28 will buy roughly 6,000units.......

Now you have to put other things into consideration while choosing one out of them .........these includes more value for money, interim dividend payment, final dividend, EPS, past PAT, Total market Cap, cap appreciation, etc.

For me, I'll go with ZEE........or UCAP... ...(modified).

.......but in the case of the attached 4.8B from Charles Enterprise and Arubiewe, it's not loan at all......but fund injection from new investors for accumulation of some % of shares of MBENEFIT @54k.

This was in pursuant of the recap capital base and, it was made public last year....... allocation was just pending SEC's approval.
We can't refer to this as loan nah.......don't mind my amateurish view o.

Please run away from that stock oooo. There is about 12b loan that the coy borrowed to one oil and gas company that I really do not know much about. The Chairman and one other Director through their SPV are both looking to inject about N4.8b into the company.

..because sometimes lat year they sold shares worth certain amount to two coys @54k as can remember posting it here that time.......this was in pursuant to the ongoing recapitalisation. Don't know how far they've gone with the capital base anyway.

Btw, does insurance lend money?

Welcome to NSE where action precedes info and awareness.
We've been complaining about this SEC's lazy and carefree attitudes of nowadays.
The officer who's supposed to post it before now may remember to upload the letter now that it's under suspension.
......but I think GTB will come back stronger.......my opinion.
