With all these massive purchases ongoing for sometimes now, I also expect Market to break out, but let's keep watching.......

If the qualification date for the 90kobo buy-over price was 14th May, 2021, what's going to be the fate of those buying after 14th?
Does it mean all those ones are forfeiting their shares and losing money in the process?
Is Custodian still coming up with revised letter as regards the take-over?
Think these questions and many more needs clear answer.......

There seems to be some omissions or mix-up in that letter from the look of things.

Anyway, the letter says:
** Custodian has been authorized by SEC to buy out minority shareholders
** Custodian is the majority shareholder and majority carries the vote
** Buy-out price is 0.90kobo
** Qualification date was expected to be14th May, 2021
** Offer opens on May 31 and close on July 2, 2021

Will the offer be opened to minority shareholders to indicate interest to sell? Not clear yet.

The letter is dated May 20, 2021, while the Approval is May 18, 2021.
But they back-dated the qualification date to May 14, 2021.

Ok. I hear you...........but can't you see that something was wrong with the letter and the date arrangement too.......
I want to believe there are processes involved in dealing with issues like this, which Custodian jumped.

Don't you read "forceful take-over" from the bulletin?
Some shareholders bought this stock above N10, now they're offering 90k. Wish there could be a way to object this by the shareholders.

The 90kobo is only for those holding on the qualification date 14th May 2021.Anyone buying after 14th may not see price appreciation as the stock will be heading to south til delisting..

The late publicizing of the announcement should be from SEC.
There were some documents that were uploaded with past info too........
For instance, Eterna Dividend info. It was made public after the qualification date passed......So also some few others.
Those guys are becoming something else these days.

Yes! You have to fill and submit your e-mandate form to GTL registrar to be able to get your Dividend (s).
The fact that you use Mytradebook does not guarantee your dividends, both operates differently.
It's like saying you have account with First Bank, that you're not supposed to register with First Registrar, it can't work like that.

Mcr56 it is better to leave some people alone let them even miss out on this unbundling project. At least let us see those that will cry had I know. After all Uchetoba, Myself, OGG, Yourself and many others have already done alot to enlighten them. Even some of us right now need more UACN. For instance Myself, Uchetoba, Seunn11 among others wants the price to drop to N5 and below so that we can increase our holdings.

I have already siad that I will respond to the question about the qualification date after the price of UACN drop to N5 or below, so that I can increase my holding in the coy to 100% of my portfolio from the current 80%.

I have already done my own research on the UACN and the unbundling project so I already possess all the info that I need to make my decision about the coy. My decision to buy UACN is not based on hear say.

Let me advice you to go and do due diligence about the stock or any other stock that you intend to buy, and allow the UACN to drop for those of us that have already done our own dd to be able to buy the more.

I am glad someone is seeing what i have seen all along @ price target of N12 and above for UACN. I dont know much about the unbundling, don't even care that much, but the technicals tell me its N12 or more and I am in....not a BUY recommendation.

Yes Nairametrics ran that article back then when Ghana Merger happened. But our NAICOM was not too pressing on Recapitalization back then that time. Now there is deadline, they may Consider it since sourcing for Funds from Public may be tight with Nigeria's economic crunch.
The second article from Investogist.com is more recent, last year I suppose.
