Assisting, giving recommendations, lecturing free of charge and all that.....
....but at any little thing, maybe a particular prediction didn't go well as expected or delayed in coming to pass, some guys will start attacking them, slowly they started withdrawing.
Who is Mcy when they were still active?
Now, we don't see more of professional posts backed with different TA/FA/GA even SA analysis again......
I hope they reconsider and come back for the sake of the new members who needed their expertise again.

- My ogas used to advice knowing more about Fundamental and Technical Analysis, its a vital tool in investing and it can be acquired by learning and reading too.
- This thread too is full of information, though long but I think it can go a long way to assisting too............one Nsempa once posted that he dedicated time to reading from page 1 to current page as at that time and that, he learnt a lot. Though you will come across lots of other non serious posts like jokes, fights, unnecessary arguments, etc., you can just be skipping those.......

I can remember many examples here too.

Nestlé for instance. It fell below N700 naira and I posted that there wasn't any good time to buy Nestlé than that time.
One or two guys replied that they would be waiting for Nestlé at N400, the rest is history today. Those that were bold enough to pick at 700 junction would be sitting on more than +100% now. Imagine Nestlé delivering 100%+.
Oga Loco and Coolcash1 should remember this instance.

My opinion is: What we've been advising here is to be buying in tranches.
Buy some at currentprice, if it pulls back, buy again.
Access has shown much resilience these days, I think its only a major occurrence that can fall the price much...........and we dont pray or wish for any unfortunate event(s).

You may be right. Many people, maybe including Peter rushed out at 30/40kobo.........making the stock somehow scarce...or maybe Jegede is already pushing the price so as to come to market............my opinion too.

This question has been answered here times without number.

1. Visit this link to download various registrar's forms:
https://sec.gov.ng/public-notice-the-e-dividend-mandate-activation-forms-of-various-registrars-are-now-available-for-download/

2. Fill and submit via mail to each registrar or you take it to their office.

3. Afriprud and United Securities now have online E-dividend submission process. Google the link......though it's been posted here too.

4. You will need enough patience and perseverance to deal with some Registrars, they can frustrate someone but you have to endure to the end....e.g. Datamax....

** Also, you needed to have some of the stocks in your portfolio for ease of processing....even if it's 10units first.

1. You watch your entry price and buy cheaper, when it appreciates, you sell.
You can also make profits by buying dividend paying stocks.
2. Open acct first, then withdrawal will be taking care of. Different brokers have different means of fund withdrawal.

4. Depending on your purse and investment objective......maybe you want to go long term as investor or as a trader. You can actually be both.
5. There's no investment without its associated risks but can actually be minimized.

But what are the things I need to start trading stock market?

- Basic knowledge of how the market works, then you keep on building on it.
- Open account with a stock broking firm and fund it.

* Most of your questions has already been answered on this thread.
* All you needed to do is to be reading.
* While doing that, you may proceed to opening account with a broker and fund it.
* You can ask questions if not clear about some things.
* Don't just buy any stock, you ask first to get opinions on same. Some stocks are no longer active on the exchange but are still listed, so don't make mistake in that area.
