ANS: YES! Only single transaction of 100k or above. That's the rule.

** How about 10 people with 10,000 unit, buy at the same price, will that also change the price?
ANS: NO! It won't change the price.

** Or does it mean when share price has 100k accumulative unit bought, then it moves up.
ANS: NO! Must be single trade of 100,000 or above.

Just be patient.......will only require time.
It is what it is now.
It will stabilize at some points........any good news may turn it positive anytime.
See TRANSPOWER too, many bought at high price after listing, some around 380.....think it got to 384 or so when the dumping started.
For those that wait patiently, it will erase their losses over time and move to green zone hopefully.
One of the consolation when you buy fundamentally sound stocks.

Try and be carrying out periodic checks of her performance and be following up on news/financial reports regarding it, and in fact, regarding all the stocks you own.

It's not all stocks that should be for trading, especially since you're for long term.
Some good ones are supposed to be kept for long while you keep averaging them down or up as opportunities presents itself (depending on your portfolio size anyway).

How did you get a 24.4% dividend yield?
The total dividend so far is less than N14 and for a stock selling for N111.7.

I don't know the period in view that made them arrived at 24.4% .......except I find time to check.

Now, if we should calculate the % dividend yield declared for this last quarter alone (N5.09), it's around 4.56%!!
A very good one for just 3mths!!

For the 3 quarters paid so far this year, that should be around 12.16% (13.59 ÷ 111.70) x 100

Better than some govt bonds if I may say....
Reason for saying this is that: govt bonds has durations, this one does not IN AS MUCH as you hold the stock for as long as possible AND the Company keeps delivering better performances Year on Year, Quarter on Quarter.........You equally have access to your capital in part or whole, anytime it's needed unlike bonds.
This is just my view of it.

Jan: N3.97 (Paid in Jan 26, 2024, payment for last quarter in 2023)
Apr: N4.23
July: N4.27
Oct: N5.09 (To be paid in Oct 28, 2024).

* Last quarter for 2024 will be paid in January 2025, God willing.

The dividend yield is fantastic. I was referring to the liquidity. I don’t have the data on hand but I’m sure 100k units does not trade daily. I personally know someone who has been trying to exit their holdings for quite some time now

Bids are always available, only that it used to be small and at low prices....
However, like OakPearl said, NIDF is well managed.

I did my own valuation and got around 9-10k without consideration of the SPDC deal. This was back on NASD. Cardinal Stone see it as N1,200 (5trn market cap) which I feel is not accurate, the premium is too high compared to Seplat which is producing almost 3 or 4 times more

I personally thinks that the listing price of ARADEL was a bit high....
The stock went up on NASDAQ due to some perceived media bloating/hype......, somehow.
From around N4k it went all the way up to around N10k, and this was used as a basis for listing by introduction.......looks high somehow, considering the 20x split self.

We can't compare ARADEL to SEPLAT!
- SEPLAT has barely over 500M OS while ARADEL has 4Bn+ OS.
So also other metrics.

What is presently happening in market may be connected to some negative info/news, OR some Ogas trying to depress the price to be able to enter cheaply OR, NGX is trying to find fair value for the share price, Or maybe taking profit to enter another cheaper one or too renter cheaply......
