Testimonies777:Lol. The Oga na smart guy. Mentioning OANDO everytime means he's closely watching and monitoring it......his newbies should not be deceived. 😁 Meanwhile, Oil prices rise as Iran launches attack on Israel... It's well. https://nairametrics.com/2024/10/02/oil-prices-rise-by-1-as-iran-launches-attack-on-isreal/ |
These banking stocks sha...... UBA that was supposed to close on full bid......profit takers won't allow it breathe! Now someone was shouting "Yahoo Oil", if to say na "Yahoo Oil" declare this type of Dividend, one month you won't see it to buy due to full bids...... Well, we see how the movement goes before qualification date anyway...... Ordinarily, UBA is supposed to settle at 30 or above.... It is well. 😊 |
godlyguy:Oga, you sure say you know the difference between emotions and facts? You sure say you know the meaning of emotions at all? Lol. You don't care if it gets to SEPLAT price? If you jump in will you tell anybody? 😁 Self deceit is a crime against oneself......and possibly those who believes in you. 🤭 |
godlyguy:Lol See the valuation of your so called "Yahoo Oil" I know you'll term it as media hype again.... Kwantinu....in Patience voice....😁 Just try not to miss any rally that may show again... ![]() https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2024/10/02/oando-emerges-first-nigerian-ioc-valuation-hits-4-billion/#:~:text=With%20its%20operations%20outside%20the,International%20Oil%20Company%20(IOC) |
UBA Seems the profit takers were done dragging it down to 27......inching up slowly from there... |
Tpharell:Lol. I'll say it's more of plannings..... But we must give it to O&O for living up to responsibilities now.... Something seems cooking maybe. |
OANDO Extension granted for submission of results... New date: On/Before 23rd October https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/42260_OANDO_PLC-OANDO_PRESS_RELEASE__CORPORATE_ACTIONS_OCTOBER_2024.pdf |

BullBearMkt:Well said Boss. |
gbengafaro1986:According to you, what's the fair value of UBA with profit of N401bn? |
jckgroup1:Per your request, you can check out this Nsempa page thru below link: https://www.nairaland.com/1131485/nigerian-stock-exchange-market-pick/6427#103767567 |
JAPAULGOLD Close to half a billion spent on 0ver 177m units so far..... The way they're crossing huge numbers every trading day looks suspicious Who is accumulating? Any interested person should buy some units for keep in case.......**and dont forget to do your DD** ![]() * By now we ought to be getting clue of who's behind this heavy cross deals... |
UBA Corporate Action..... H1 2024 Interim Dividend: N2.00k Qualification Date: 14th October, 2024 Payment Date: 22nd October, 2024 https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/42226_UNITED_BANK_FOR_AFRICA_PLC-UBA_PLC_CORPORATE_ACTION_-_H1_2024_CORPORATE_ACTIONS_SEPTEMBER_2024.pdf |
Sunrisepebble:It was actually because of the calculations that VAT may be deducted from the exit price... So people don't want to pick above 62.50.... Should there be any review up of the price from N70, then you'll know people are actually Interested. ![]() Ordinarily, some experts says it shouldn't be less than N100, considering the all time high of FMN in 2022. |
UBA: Full bid @28.30.... CWG: Getting quite a lot of attention, unlike before..... Better wan show? ![]() DEAPCAP full bid @1.22... What's driving Livestock? Is it in relations to FMN exit? |
mikeapollo:Can you pls stop replying Godlyguy pls. Avoid back and forth repetition that can lead to unrest on the thread again. If what he even posted was true, then that's a plus for OANDO. Theres a thread for discussing Politics. |
KarlTom:N1.2bn transactions so far... |
ELLAHLAKES - Change of Registrar - Now using Cordros Registrars....(no longer Cardinal Stones) https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/42198_ELLAH_LAKES_PLC.-ELLAH_LAKES_PLC-PRESS_RELEASE_ON_CHANGE_OF_REGISTRAR_CORPORATE_ACTIONS_SEPTEMBER_2024.pdf |
elepsis:Oga, don't just debunk the claims, tell us what's happening to the brokerage arm of Afri Invest..... Although I still get price lists, Bond emails, stock market news from them (I'm not a customer anyway), but there's the need to get the facts straight. |
essentialone:One of the reasons I asked you..... ![]() We needed to get updates so as to alert current and intending customers. |
Zagee:Days of humble beginnings and ego probably......😁 Moreover, it's not easy to part with what you toiled for under debt circumstances..... It didn't come from the mind but was left with no option than to sell to clear debts and name.... If money comes, one can buy back his business... |
essentialone:Oga, abeg be verifying information before posting in the public o. Why did you say this in the first place? |
OakPearl:Ho sold at a premium, will also likely buy back at a premium....lol. Except they just want to do paddy paddy. But, considering him buying back is just looking at various options that may be available for HW, from my opinion. HW will also still do well under Excelsior because food industry is booming now. |
Mpeace:What if they end up reviewing the exit price up? See the case of PZ... Just saying anyway, so we don't look at it from only one angle. |
Ginalex:You will do well to download the user manual and carefully go thru it in details. Very simple to understand and particularly educative when practicing alongside it as you're reading. Besides, submit button is pressed once, then a pop-up asking you if you want to submit the Order comes up, you just click 'Yes'. Shikena. Double click the submit button if it's on computer. *Modified* |

SEPLAT Those complaining about being trapped, we didn't hear 'pim' from them again... Now SEPLAT has offers and bids, don't come and complain later.....😁 FMN Since Excelsior is not mopping up (at least not yet), they have been trying to depress the market and make sure it doesn't go beyond N70 by all means.... Minority shareholders now have only one weapon to fight against this injustice....."Their Votes" at the Court Ordered Meeting...... Hopefully, they won't buy them over at the meeting as well. 😊 I'm hoping to see Oba Otudeko appear somewhere along this lane for HW sha........I hope the minority shareholders of HW are well compensated |
essentialone:Lol. Things hard. 😁 They made profit nah Let's wait and see if they'll have change of heart. Maybe it was a mistake....let's see if there'll be a revised document upload. |
@BHG Thanks for your contributions. Youre right sir..... * I also tried to find out and saw that George Coumantaros was the founder of Flour Mills Nig Ltd * His son John owns Excelsior Shipping Company Limited * John is presently the majority shareholder of FLOURMILL with 62.95% shares.......more stakes mopped up btw N14 and N21 sometimes ago... * John is behind this takeover and delisting of FMN ** We may however not know the forces pushing him to delist and for what purpose in particular yet.... ** There was issue of consolidation as well......not much details known yet... ** We won't be surprised if mopping of FLOURMILL continues up to N70 or maybe above self by his proxy or proxies of the behind curtain 'pusher' probably....😊 ** Should mopping of FMN shares continue till N70 and above, then there's possibly more to this buyout stories. ** Excelsior will not be voting in the coming Court Ordered Meeting .....let's hope minority shareholders will be allowed to vent their angers and vote against the buyout price/renegotiate it higher. ** We'll be getting clearer pictures as time goes on anyway. ***This is just my personal opinion o, no one should Blv it's the true situation of things........just being curious of what might be happening here and thinking out loud. |
