N2.5B being money owed to Non-bank creditors was converted to shares at N1.69 which explains the SP run from N1 recently.

Management now seeking to further recapitalise the business. They will also be releasing their 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 on the NGX following approval by members. So Oando is not bad afterall

All these results have been released up to 2023.
Think AGM just ratified it, like just formal closeup or so.

Off market trade in Tantalizer. Just an FYI.

When you see GTL taking position in a stock, this time TANTALIZER, it means they've seen what others can't see now.....

- GTL picked quite a large number of units in MEYER several years ago at N0.50k
- When MEYER eventually sold some asset and distribute N1.50 to shareholders, GTL made fortune here.....
- In addition, the stock of 0.50k that year is now trading @N8.50k
- Those guys dey try abeg.

Oando must have over paid for ConocoPhillips in hind sight as it wrecked its cash flow.
Won’t be surprised if dividends is restored soon.

Why will anyone just compare without considering the different journey, the circumstances and what has befell both in the period under consideration?
What happened to O&O could have happened to Aradel or any other company as well......
ConocoPhillips deals came at the peak of Oil and market boom.

You see why I see opportunity in it.It is no longer business for everyone which made the selling of the egg sometimes difficult. People are even going around to look for whr to buy in farm because many are now into broiler for 5 weeks to sell

Traders interested in bonus find means of averaging down and sell off without necessarily waiting for bonus.
The bonus will just come like jara while you already take your mind off it.

** The only area where bonus can be choking is in the aspect of share price......averaging down of medium or large cap can tasking anyway......

VFDGROUP for instance....just watching out for the time those ones will come and move the price in market.......the waiting is becoming too long....
