the types of business he is doing gives no room for innovation, however i disagree with the idea of not starting small...
i had an idea around last year and i approached a lot of investors ... they were afraid to invest in it.. it was when i started with the little i had and they saw the profit ..that was when they all rushed in ( though it was temporary business )

talking about innovation ..
he can't improve in this type of business except to expand his shop and buy more shoes ..that's all ... but this type of business doesn't have room for innovation

You just wanted to tell us you travelled abroad recently. I know of someone, same Edo State who started a small shop for just inner wears, he has expanded same business to a real time boutique with other branches that his wife manages.
