I believe seun will also agree with me on this.

I don't think its a good idea for us to know the LIKERS of our post as this will lead to people return like for like ( e.g I will give seun a like cux he liked my post and not because I really want to give him the like. ) and not for the true essence as it is now

Nairaland GeneralRe: Soldiers Nab Fulani Herdsmen Robbing On Lagos-ibadan Expressway by Ymodulus:
These people are not Nigerians, these are buzu Arabs in the Niger-Libyan desert. Because of been muslim gave them chip ticket of claiming been a Fulani. They speak Arab, not even Hausa or the fulanic language. For election and political reason the fula is accepted them to be part of them. Anyway, it is time we take this issue of nationality and identity serious. If not all these foreigners will continue to feed on us and turn around to kill us. Many notable Nigerian had been killed by these evil thieves claiming to be cattle rearers. I hope our government take Nigerian identity issue serious. If not the whole African,Arabs become Nigerian because of the oil.

You can all imagine what PDP has turned into. Putting power in the hands of assasins. Same thing obtainable in Akwa Ibom State. It’s very worrisome that we now extol cultism and mediocrity.

Nairaland GeneralRe: Okada Riders Now Ply Oshodi-Apapa, Lagos-Badagry Expressway Unhindered by Ymodulus: 11:56am On Dec 17, 2014
This happens when lawmakers who don't diligently think through the process make laws.

When BRT is the only means of mass transport in the so called mega city project how can a sane person ban "Okada?".

Lagos lawmakers should have find out what other "mega cities" have put in place as public transportation before enacting such draconian law. It's like banning "pure water" because it litters the streets without taking cognisance of the fact that government fail to supply portable water.

They enact laws for others. The law banning Okada does not affect them. Okada riders' opinion was not factored in making the law.

Another classic example is the LASAA law banning all posters. This demonic law is only enforced on the weak: the Nollywood, other small businesses struggling to survive. Now it is electioneering time and the same former Lagos Attorney General Shashore, Speaker Hon Ikuforiji and all the other politicians flagrantly break the law they enacted. Their posters are everywhere in Lagos.

It was crass of them to enact the law in the first place and then to disregard it now. LASAA is playing the ostrich by relaxing the enforcement of the law to suit its paymasters.

It's lately partnering with APG to permit pasting of poster. Only electioneering period opened LASAA's eyes to the real need for the lifting of the blanket ban on pasting of posters.

I've been there several time to pick up goods from Germany. Very poorly maintained building, ancient services(there's no single computer for recording shipments), the Nigerian post office DON'T have a website and the staff always keep begging for hand outs like they don't receive salaries.

Another evidence of how ill managed our public institutions are

Please I dnt need someone that is still learning and trying to get things together. The person must be clinical and organized in writting codes.
He must be able to work under real pressure and also function in the capacity of a Cofounder.
Please If you are not passionate and really good at what you do, dont contact me.
hcnnalue@gmail.com
You didn't really outline the benefits from your co-partnership request except the fact that you are beginning to get payments from your clients.

Also guy i do like to tell you that you cant get a programmer of the above listed qualities in Nigeria and he wants to work for free. Its close to impossible.

Just append the email address as a get parameter to the URL and write a script to GET the email address and set it as the 'value' of the email address input box on the login form. SIMPLE!

I'm not gonna write a sample code for you because I believe you should figure some things out on your own, but in any case if you still don't understand my explanation, you can quote me and ask for sample code.

Tadaaa!
Dont be so harsh on him, i believe if he knew it he would have not asked.

@OP These is your best short.

1. Send a Email to the user.
2. Now in the email you send to the user, attach a temporary identification code

e.g http://nairaland.com/emailLogin/978gfg67987df

Now the part in red is the temporary code that you generate and store against every mail address you send an email to.

3. Now when a user receives your mail and click on the link. Get the temporary generated code and verify it against the database. When an entry is found get the details of that entry and confirm the password against the user inputted password. If there is a tally Then Log in user.

Thanks

Please how do I integrate a payment platform like interswitch to my website?
You can contact interswitch developers and ask for their developers API, or you call them. I think it cost N150,000 to integrate such on your site directly. Am not sure of current price but that was the price some months or about a year back. Or you can opt for Vogue pay or go visits some bank like Zenith etc and ask for that (Only follow the latter if the former is expensive )

CRAZYMADMAN:
can someone please explain the meaning of

$this->a->b

in OOP PHP
JackOfAllTrades:
$this means the current object(class) your are working on.

Remember every object have properties and method!

in this case "a" is a property of the object you're working on, "a" holds a reference to another object. That object also have a property called b
In addition to what JackOfAllTrades said.

$this->a->b

what takes place there is that in the method named a, a class is been returned in an object form like this

class Nairaland {

public function a()
{
......
return $this;
}

public function b()
{
.......
return $this;
}

public function c()
{
return $this->a->b
}
}

The phenomenon " $this->a->b " is what we call chaining introduced in Php 5.2 ( either 5.0 and above or 5.2 and above )

Plastic id cards, metal and plasttic(pvc) business cards can rake you Hundreds of thousands

Target: Schools, departments Unions, associations, etc

They go for as low as 30 -50 Naira in China from 200pcs to 1000pcs. Here in Nigeria they go for 300 - 500. in my location, to produce Id cards na N500 oooo

so, you can fix your price at 250 for mass production of 200pcs as Moq

Here, you can make up N150 on one card....150 x 200 = N30, 000

The more you produce, the more u make your doh

Use Third party yo make it cheap

Winston
While your ID card is a good idea, why don't you think of adding a bit of uniqueness to it. Have you thought of adding Chips to your Card??

Now most office I visit this days have their doors use chip.
* You can clone what you have at JamB headquarters office. Where by you don't need to sign a register to show you have arrived to work. You either thumb print or slash your idcard. Now student of that institution will have to slash their I'd card at a machine this machine will then record them as present for the day.

The above Model is used BT foreign schools especially in South Africa. In Nigeria some office like AeroSpace agency Lugbe after the stadium Abuja, Presidency , Secret Service , they use this card system and the worst of all is that. That of Presidency ia been done by a Chinese firm. Based on contract terms.

But its easy you can get them to this for you in China and send everything down here.

Please, we can diversify...Importation of these items are cheap...doing them here in Nigeria goes for 300-400 Naira per Bag#

you can do them for 200 Naira...N100, 000 profit for 1000 pcs
Wow am happy. I just read this thread from page 0. And I was like did I write this? Lol.

I saw your post you are thinking well my bro. Now let me polish some of your ideas.

You see this bag, you can do beautiful ones called Paper Kraft bag. Either for marriage or shops. And in all get money. I do paper craft bags for wedding a lot. I even have one arriving next week for a wedding last Saturday. You will male big money with weddings or stores. Also think of creating your own brand and package content.

Expect to see this in full action from me January.
