RomanceRe: He Found His Wife Through Nairaland!!! by yoged(m): 8:07pm On Sep 03, 2013
Thats really awesome. But truth be told, its 50/50. Am not the kind of person that believe in such. Tried it some weeks ago, i think adaobi or ogugua's comment led me to the hook up/ exchange BB pin romance section. Added a nairalander. After a week of debating about let me see ur pics, no, yours 1st coz none of us wants to blow his/her cover.. Collected her number and i called, gosh, she was just talking like an okro soup, she needs to renew her BIS. I was like, o di gba, o doju ala, o da rin na ko.

FoodUses Of Salt (nacl) by yoged(op): 3:47pm On Sep 01, 2013
Salt is important in many ways. It is an essential part of the diet of both humans and animals and is a
part of most animal fluids, such as blood, sweat, and tears. It aids digestion by providing chlorine for
hydrochloric acid, a small but essential part of human digestive fluid. Persons with hypertensive
heart disease often must restrict the amount of salt in their diet.
Salt is widely used as a seasoning for foods and is used in curing meats and preserving fish and other
foods. Iodized table salt usually contains small amounts of potassium iodide, sodium carbonate, and
sodium thiosulfate. As a chemical salt is used in making glass, pottery, textile dyes, and soap. It is used in large amounts to melt ice and snow on streets and highways. The major use of salt is as a raw material for the production of chlorine, sodium
metal, and sodium hydroxide; it is also used in large amounts in the Solvay process for making sodium
carbonate. Historically, salt has been used as money; a high tax on salt was a contributing cause
of the French Revolution.

Brimmie: Ziga, Gboliwe, Joker.. And Most Especially JoshuaPharm!! Thanks Y'all!!

I went to see a Doctor today at OAUTH. I explained everything to him and he said it's likely to be Angina bt he's not sure. So i did exactly as Joshua told me to do, i requested to see a Cardiologist.

He gave me a letter and refer me. And i was told to come back tomorrow Wednesday to see the Cardiologist.

I really appreciate your help guys!! Thanks!!
. Which of the OAUTH. Ife or Ilesa?
HealthRe: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by yoged(m): 7:45am On Aug 23, 2013
Brimmie: Hey Docs!

**Some Doctors can be annoying at times!**

I got to OAUTH around 8am this morning and i was waiting for the Nurses to call on me to see the Doctor.

Well one came, but she told me to come back next week even after the referred letter i submitted along side my card with an emergency tag.

I tried to explain to the Nurse but she won't allow me. I had to leave.

So i went back to meet the consultant that gave me the letter. I told him i cant wait till next week that am going thru alot discomfort.

He now asked me to tell him the symptoms again. He gave me these drugs to go buy:

1). Nitroglycerin Cream
2). Nitroglycerin Tablets
3). Vasoprin 75mg dly
4). Diclofenac 100mg dly

Guys, what do you think about this idea?? Shld i start to take the drugs without any proper diagnosis!??

You Guys Are Always Thr To Help!! Thanx In Advance!

TravelFour Boats With 350 Migrants From Nigeria, Ghana, Others Land In Italy by yoged(op): 11:00pm On Aug 19, 2013
Four boats carrying more than 350
migrants including Egyptians and Syrians have landed in Italy, officials said Monday, the latest arrivals due to the growing unrest in north Africa.
Ninety-nine people including 17 women and 11 children arrived on one boat that was intercepted by
coastguard vessels and taken to Catania in Sicily.
The migrants said they were from Syria and Egypt.“Some of us are escaping from Egypt because there
are people who lost relatives after the fall of (deposed Islamist president Mohamed) Morsi,” one
migrant was quoted as saying by Italian news agency
ANSA.
He said their journey had lasted seven days. “Unfortunately this is one of the many emergencies we have witnessed in the past month,” local coastguard Giacomo Salerno told reporters in Catania. He said six of the migrants had been hospitalised due to heat strokes and low blood pressure.
“What is happening in Egypt is forcing these people to flee from where they risk their lives and find refuge in the first port where they can find more security than in their country,” he said. Almost 800 people have died in days of clashes between security forces and Morsi supporters throughout Egypt, where authorities last week launched a bloody crackdown on demonstrators protesting his July 3 ouster by the army.
Another boat carrying around 150 people including some 40 children and 40 women arrived near Noto, also in Sicily, without being intercepted at sea. Local police said they had found 126 of them, who all said they were Syrian, and had identified three Egyptian crew members as the possible traffickers.
Seventy-seven migrants who said they were from Nigeria and Ghana arrived on another boat, a small
dinghy, which was intercepted and taken to the tiny Italian island of Lampedusa earlier on Monday.
Italian police also said they had found 15 more migrants on the coast in Sicily — part of a group of
around 30 that landed overnight on a fourth vessel. www.vanguardngr.com/2013/08/four-boats-with-350-migrants-from-nigeria-ghana-others-land-in-italy/
